Hi everyone, this is Siddhant Ray here. I am a Grade IX student from Mumbai in India. I study in Jamnabai Narsee International School. Like many other kids of my generation, I am also an AI, ML, and Coding enthusiast.
I have done many certification courses on AI, IOT, robotics, and web designing from SP Robotics, Bolt IOT, and Udemy. I got into the world of coding, robotics, AI, ML, IOT, and web designing when I was in Grade VI. Since then, I have been pursuing these areas along with my studies. I love to explore and experiment in these areas.
I have completed several small projects on these subjects in the last 3 years. As a 13-year-old, I aspire to make a professional future in one or more of these areas.
In this video, I shall speak about a very common issue we all are faced with while using a Google Photos account. Google offers us 15GB free storage on the Google platform per Google ID. As soon as you are nearing the 15GB limit, you start receiving messages to free up space or buy additional space from Google. Now, do you really need to do that? Absolutely not. You can have more than 15 GB space in your Google Photos account absolutely free from Google officially. No tricks, no hacks! Just a few simple steps to be followed. This video explains these steps.

I was struggling on this for a while. Tysm for the well explained steps. My photos were occupying 11.5 gb of my storage space. I followed the steps suggested by you. Now my gmail account is back to 1 gb with 14 GB free. Feel so relieved. Tysm once again for this mind boggling and simple solution!!!

But what if I turn on the backup on original account, it backups the same photos from gallery!
Do I need to turn off backup in my phone to achieve this unlimited storage hack? one more question, can I use my phone to apply this hack?

Hi Siddhant, It is a great tips but unfortunately I might doing something wrong to get it done. I'm struggling with selecting all the photos by clicking the first photo and after pressing the "Shift" button on the keyboard and scrolling down to the extreme bottom and selecting the last photo which supposes to be checked all the images in Google photo, strangely in my case it isn't happening. Would you please help me out? Many thanks for considering my request.
Hi.
For selecting all images, you need to click on the first image, now click on the 'Shift' key, and go to the last image. Select the last image (while having the 'Shift' key selected). When the last image is selected, make sure all images visible to you have the tick mark. Now release the 'Shift' key and proceed with the further steps.

It’s been four months I deleted the photos which has been shared to other account. Also I deleted the photos from my trash. Still google doesn’t give me space for the photos which has been deleted from my account. Do you know why?
I think the most viable solution is to redo the entire process as even the smallest of mistake can lead to such errors.

Bro thanks for the video, I had other problem after i unselected all folder still Screenshot, twitter images gets uploaded in Gphotos and when I delete it from Gphotos it gets deleted from phones Gallery...Please Help 🙏🏻😕
Hi. Please try to carry these steps out using laptop, and not using android. Several other users are facing similar issues owing to them using mobile phones for carrying out these steps.
Bro i have almost 5000 photos can I select at a time all photos or do I have any limitations
Hi. You cannot select all photos at a time. You can select a maximum of 1500 photos at a time.

Try refreshing your window. Also, if it is actually only 1% used, it might be a glitch from Google's end. You can continue to use the Gmail account now for Google Photos.

First, download all photos to gallery. Then transfer it to an SD card.

Hi! Photos from the original account have to be deleted to make space on the original account. You can now view your photos from the backup account you have created.
u can also "share" the photos from backup account to the original account. by using photo sharing feature
if we buy 100gb for a month a upload 100gb …..then for access we again need to buy 100gb storage

Select 1500 photos at once and do the same process in sets till all photos are transferred!
