How do I contact you about working one-on-one. I have a severe physical condition that's been going on for almost 4 years now and needless to say the pain is so excruciating I can't even focus to meditate. And the condition is where I would sit so to even sit with a straight spine is almost impossible. I'm just squirming and squirming and squirming. I need some help guiding me through this. To describe it is like being raped with a chef's knife in my rectum and vagina. I really need guidance to focus. Thank you so much I've watched all your videos and your book.

RJ and Justin, if I could get 100 people to join a healing workshop...get ready... in Taiwan? I rescue animals in Taiwan, and have for 30 years... 1000+ rehomed. So I spend all my income on creating miracles for mostly poochies. But, I know RJ provides, the clearest, simplest, approaches to our ascension challenges. I know this from having read all his books to date, more than once!
I want to join one of his healing workshops, but have 40 dogs to take care of, on a hourly teachers salary. It just doesn't include, trips abroad. LoL. RJ would you consider such an adventure.... Master Spina. Thank you for this video with all my heart. Your perceptions are so amazingly clear and deep. My Spiritual teacher told me -"To realize who you truly are is the exact reverse process of creation." I am not a beginner and some of your interviews, books and video's are to me like spinach is to Popeye. I started my path this life from 2 Kung Fu instructors who are a Buddhist and Taoist Priest, then P. Yoganandaji blessed my life and was initiated into Kriya Yoga. My Kung Fu Instructors were very good healers (although you are next level !) And from studying with them and working with others I realized if you do not heal things at their root, the root will still be alive and come back in some way, shape or form in the future even if you can temporarily relieve them. I hope to meet you one day.

@@claresage Thank you divine Clariesage. I am currently in the USA. I resonate with many of Master Spina's teachings. I see Him as an older brother. Like Himself I have astral projected, can see other dimensions and the Spirit world, in contact with guides and my higher self, but RJ seems to be a step ahead and my healing abilities were much more limited.
I love Master Spina's magick tricks like seeing your eyes not connected to your brain. That is brilliant and often takes others many years of meditation and observation to get to the same state and realization. Have you ever looked at something for the 1st time? So nothing to compare it to or judge it by, just pure observation and wonder. We are picking up a lot of information doing that and leads to direct perception and more. The 2nd time we see the thing we saw for the 1st time, our mind and memory comes in recognizing it from the past. But half of our energy is in the memory which is from the past reacting to the now and can project into the future. But that only leaves half our attention/energy observing so we miss a lot of new information and prevents oneness or direct perception.
We all know our eternal selves is not this temporary physical body as we see many die during our lives, but those that can see into the Spiritual world, know of their past lives and see spirits know that we are eternal and that we are not the physical body but only temporarily using it. We are also not our thoughts as when the thought stops, our AWARENSS does not stop. Our eternal self is not the mind, memory or emotions. We are the awareness of all of those. Or sat chit ananda which is existence, awareness and bliss/peace at our innermost self.
Our mind and memory although contains our wisdom learned is also full of illusion, delusion and error. Some of the things we went through when younger were not seen clearly and can be causing us to REACT with ignorance with a negative energy emotion like anger or fear to this day.
Master Spina courses and meditation can help one see this and stop this cycle or blue print/computer program. Do you know why many who meditate observe their breathing? One's breath is in the NOW (not past or future like the chatty egoic mind and memory) and it exercises observation. Without observation of what one is doing that is causing them suffering, disease, or limitation, one will not change. Also observing one's breathing tends to slow down one's breathing rate which has an effect of slowing and calming the mind.
This practice help me realize during a very bad depression years ago, that I was causing it!!! One of my last relatives had left their physical body (my Mother), and I had been working full time and taking care of her and not take care of myself which put me in bad health and I was having money problems.
I was in about the biggest depression of my life, similar to when my Father died when I was young, when Part of me was just observing this non judgmentally. It showed me that my depression was caused by me comparing/judging my life what is was now to my happiest time and I was causing my depression. I was blown away by the clarity of the observation that I bowed to God inside for the realization and all of the sudden I felt a great expanding love in my heart area and beyond my physical body, then it shot up to the top of my head and a bit beyond. I felt very blissful and was just observing and noticed for the next 3 days my mind was very silent and only came up when I needed to remember a password or similar. After 3 days the chatty egoic mind tried to take it's normal place, but I now knew it's place and limitations. Our highest Spiritual self is supposed to use the it like a tool, not for the chatty egoic mind to run the show most of the time.
Do you know where your emotions come from? Emotions come from memory reacting to the now. I will give a clear example. If you were at an airport at the baggage area and briefly spoke with a stranger, there would be very little emotions or none as long as the stranger was not sickly, violent, not extremely attractive, and peaceful. Now if at the same baggage area you saw a relative, child or friend you had not seen in a couple years, there would generally be great emotions from the past relationship, so memory.
Anyways, Master Spina has much wisdom and insight to share even for non beginners and I hope one day to meet or study with Him, not just from books and videos. And thank you for your kind words. Blessings prayed your way.

Thanks for clearing the dilemma of body mind complex clarity. At times I just want to eat for the desire of food without fearing the outcome. I have made changes to my eating habits.. I'm not sick.. I do for my energy output and mental clarity. Sometimes I give myself a permission slip to eat outside of what's "best" but then I wonder if it's just an illusion 🤔

@@eduardovaldez4416 I had to detach my thoughts from the pain I was feeling. U started monitoring my thoughts and actively telling myself “I’m healthy I’m healthy I’m healthy I’m healthy…..) and I started focusing on my breath as well focusing on the rise and fall of my belly and when my mind went to the pain I would remove my thoughts and say things like “no!” And start chanting that I was healthy again and again and I focused more on my breathing and feeling good and replacing the pain with something that made me feel happy instantly and eventually the pains went away or the sickness. I’ve done that since I was young. I don’t go to doctors. I listen to my body and when something feels off it’s usually because of my lifestyle choices and also because of my energy being off or dis-eased (not at ease to be clear). And I have also used binaural beats and sound frequencies to heal pains such as backaches, headaches, toothaches, etc. we all have the power to do this. The last time I went to a doctor was when I had my son almost 12 years ago. Other than that I work with my energy to keep myself happy and sometimes I do get colds and all, but I rarely get really ill and I’m 42 years old. Same for my kids, they know these things since they’ve send me be that way always and they know how it works. This is all modest aside, again, we can ALL do this with practice. I just have not mastered allying the same principle to other areas of my life, such as relationships lol but for my health, yes, I MUST learn to master it, because I have too many people I love that I want to continue seeing them grow into amazing beings.

I would love to attend the Dallas workshop; just not sure it's feasible right now. Definitely am setting money aside for the online program. I'm reading the book right now and my biggest question early-on is about knowing whether or not I am in that sentience/awareness state throughout the day. I'm using the "Who am I?" and it's helping me have more peace of mind here and there, but I think I may be fooling myself thinking 'I am there" more often than I actually have been.

I’ve always thought WHY is it that everything we love to eat is “UNHEALTHY..?” And other enjoyable things that are also..”BAD” for us..? And I’ve thought, this is so crazy, why would a GOD allow that to be the case? And if we’re NOT the body, those things shouldn’t affect us at all, we shouldn’t be getting sick or AGING at all!!!!! Jesus said that we have two minds( one being the subconscious mind), one that believes and one that doesn’t..( or is seared like with a hot iron..) so when our subconscious mind agrees with the conscious mind ALL THINGS will be/are POSSIBLE..!!!!! Jesus exact message..
I always disagreed with age related deterioration but my vision still became less than perfect after 40. I do not wear glasses but struggle sometimes to see what I want to see and no longer read like I did. I am stubborn and after years of fighting I want to have my perfect eyesight back. Any info on this?
