Total Body Kettlebell Workout (Single Follow Along Kettlebell)
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after other. Once you have done all exercises (both arms), rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 2-3 total rounds.
Exercise
1. Kettlebell Swings (Right) - 24 kg
2. Kettlebell Bent Over Row Single (Right) - 20kg
3. Kettlebell Racked Reverse Lunge (Right) - 20kg
4. Kettlebell Clean and Press (Right) - 16kg
5. Kettlebell Single Arm Press (Right) - 16-20kg
6. Kettlebell Swings (Left) - 20- 24 kg
7. Kettlebell Bent Over Row Single (Left) - 20kg
8. Kettlebell Racked Reverse Lunge (Left) - 20kg
9. Kettlebell Clean and Press (Left) - 16kg
10. Kettlebell Single Arm Press (Left)- 16-20kg

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*
Kettelbell training:
3 sets goblet squat 15 reps
3 sets overhead press 10-12 reps each arm
3 sets back rows palm in 10-12 reps each side
3 sets sumo deadlifts 20 reps
3 sets kettlebell swing 15 reps
3 sets kettlebell upright rows 12-15 reps
3 sets get up chest press 10 reps each side

Starts so easy. I’m a big lad - overweight at 240lbs but reasonably fit with it. Your workouts ruin me every time. I made it to round 8. Pouring with sweat, heavy breathing, absolutely gassed.
