Kettlebell Total Body Muscle Building Workout
Perform each exercise for the prescribed reps before moving onto the next exercise. Rest 60-90 seconds between exercises
1. Single KB Suitcase Reverse Lunges - 3 sets per side 10, 10, 8 reps
2. Single Kettlebell Bench Press - 3 sets per side 10, 8, 6 reps
3. Single Bent Over Kettlebell Rows - 3 sets per side 10, 10, 8 reps
4. Single Kettlebell Biceps Curls - 3 sets per side 10, 8, 4 reps
5. Triceps Kettlebell Extensions - 3 sets of 10 reps
6. Single Kettlebell Shoulder Press - 3 sets of 6 reps

Edit: Ok, so I thought "oh this should take like an hour." Then I re-read that it was 3 sets each lol. So I only had about 45 minutes, so I just do 1 set from each but I will do more the next time I lift. Thanks this is good stuff.

How many times a week i can do this workout ??
I just started with kettlebells and hit some knee pain early on (I'm waiting for cartilage surgery, so my fault!). Which exercises should I definitely avoid? Lunges hurt the most, but could other ones be harmful to my knees?
Look up knees over toes guy’s CZcams channel. He will heal your knee issues in no time.

I would use this as one of the workouts in a 4 day split for 4 weeks before assessing and changing things up

There are 4 red flags to watchout for in the fitness relm: 1) someone selling "snake oil" (supplements), 2) use of a bunch of industry pseudo-science jargon w/out any real explanation, 3) a special list of some number of secret insider tips for some specific group, i.e., top 5 secret insider tip for men over 40 to ignite fat and explode testosterone production, 4) the promotion of kettlebells to the general public w/out an honest explanation of cost vs benefit, and cheaper safer alternative.
