Emily Susannah just put out a really good tutorial on the cat eye hearts. Its got a lot of great advice!💜
I think the reason you’re not getting hearts in your gels is because you’re not activating the cat eye gel first. I think you need to move all the magnetic glitters in the center of the nail then use the clip to create the heart. That’s how the others have been doing it. Emily just did a video the other day you should watch her she shows how she activates the cat eye first I think it will probably work for you if you watch her video. This set is so incredibly cute.

I like Born Pretty a lot! Their jellies are my fave in the "low cost" brands available on Amazon. They've been HEMA free for a while now, but I noticed that they refined their formula again, either that or they previously listed the polymers that now make up the "acrylates copolymer" ingredient - otherwise the ingredients are the same as on my jellies.
The bears are so cute and the colours compliment them ♥

When you talk about jello jello making your nails weaker, ive seen on Long hair pretty nails chanel that she first uses a normal gel basecoat and then jello jello, so maybe you can try that to save time on soaking off

Just FYI, she has since changed her mind on that idea and just uses Jello Jello as a base. Her nails are pretty resilient, though. I had a similar experience with Jello Jello - my nails are thin and dry and adhere pretty much anything really well, so they didn't like peel off bases much. I've gotten better with filing and soaking off so I just do that now, but I'm not a content creator. :D

That's a hard oneeee, because it honestly just depends on my mood 😅😂 Right now I've really been enjoying sculpting with acrylic and want to do more poly gel, but I also prefer full cover tips if I'm in a rush or just don't feel like sculpting a nail 😅🩷💜
