I know I'm suppper late to the party but just thought I'd add to this comment- I teach special needs kids and the number 1 way we teach is through explaining while showing the kids so they can copy and understand (we call it modelling). It's used for allllll teaching because most of us aren't inventors like Newton, we copy from people like Newton to learn if that makes any sense. So never eveerrr feel bad learning from others, we're all born and learn through watching adults. Also I loveeee your vids and I love the way you say "draw", so cute! 💚🌞

Wanted to hop on to say the cans of Ice Caffeine are really good! Not as much caffeine as other energy drinks, but tasty and much healthier! Theres also a drink called Bonsai, it's a carbonated water with a little bit of juice...I'm on the other side of the states though so hopefully they have it on your side! 🥰

I use a fiber rubber base. It helps with my brittle nails. I lasted about 3 months on a no buy 😂 I need to do it longer. Or at least until I start using some of my stuff. I just bought the regular and thick crazy top in the bottles. I didn’t want to commit to the big jars until I tried it.

Have you ever tried the water you fizz up at home? Like with a carbonation tank and a bottle you attach? If you have good tasting tap water, I think fizzed up water made at home tastes AMAZING. Then you can add whatever flavor you want to it, there are so many out there to choose from, even some with caffeine!

Hey Anne, I love your long videos! I also wanted to say something about the energy drinks, as someone who also has an energy drink addiction. In the normal energy drinks like monster or red bull the caffeine is taurine. There is a natural plant derived alternative to taurine called guarana which I heard is a lot better for the body and heart. There are some energy drinks that use guarana instead of taurine. Sadly I don’t know any specific brands you could try because I am not from the US. But maybe you could try to find some with guarana in it. Obviously it’s still energy drinks so pls still be careful with drinking them not too much ❤❤

Put some sugar free lemonade in the sparkly water .. there are different taste and you can mix that too . And create a mixed drink I do the same with normal water because it gets boring really easy so I always mix lemonade and ice in there so I drink it 🫣

I just tried Beautypal milky white on my natural nails for a quick mani and hard to be sure how many coats would be needed on tips but I only did one and really liked it. I have damage on my nails from my last set and it evened out the color well. Got it on Amazon :)

I recommend mixing regular store brand mandarin seltzer (idk about anyone else but polar is NOT fizzy enough for me) in orange juice with a splash of mango juice, it tastes similar to the orange loco monster. I’ve been watching Rebecca’s channel lately too! Unrelated but I’m actually planning a press on nail business. Not going to drop the first set for a while, I have so much planning to do, but I wanted to tell ya since it’s youre videos that I found a while back that got me back into nails and got me thinking about all this. Would you ever sell press ons? Or do you want to be a nail tech? I think you’d be great at both.
Also sparkling water! There’s a brand called ICE sparkling water that’s flavored and really good. You can also add liquid flavoring like Mio to regular sparkling water since it sounds like you already have sparkling water in the house. Or you can add fresh squeezed lemon juice. So good.
Imitation!! I AGREE SO MUCH. I’m a fine artist as well right, like that’s my main jam and I’ve been preaching tracing as practice for yearssssss. People get mad or freak out when I say this but the caveat is that you just don’t ever use it as your own work obvs. But it’s so so so important to learn from the masters in fine art. And it translates to other topics like you mentioned, there is no harm in taking inspiration and building on others ideas, the harm comes in when we don’t credit ya know?

I used to drink like 4 red bulls a day on top of coffee and was also on ADHD medication. I ended up in the hospital with critical hypertension was something like 180/130. I'm currently on two hypertension meds to keep my blood pressure under control. But I also have some others things going on that aided in the critical hypertension. Also I'm 35 so not as young as you. But energy drinks are no bueno sweety. What you're experiencing is niacin flush from the niacin in the energy drinks. I now have a hot coffee in the am, and maybeee a small energy drink. But I try to buy the more natural caffeine ones. Just be careful love. You can still drink them just maybe cut down. Also if You're on stimulants for ADHD probably stay away from them altogether. They also told me I had some "slight heart damage" whatever that means. Oh ps: im no longer on my stimulants for my adhd for obvious reasone so im just winging it out here. 😂

@@AnneElizabethNails good luck girl I hope you can do it! It's hard I know. Being so fatigued and tired when you want the motivation to push through and do the things you love I get it. But definitely look up niacin flush. That definitely sounds like what you're experiencing. I used to get it a lot as well. You can do it! And I am a lot better than I was. With some lifestyle changes along with medication I've had normal blood pressure. 💚

I see what you're saying. I'm a creative. Imitation is key for me, I see and want to do better! That goes for all things down to how I talk, because I am on the autism spectrum I find it eternally difficult to fit in! That said I swear to the almighty I invented suncatcher beading on my own. Irregardless of it having probably existed since beads were invented.. I think we all can and do come up with the same ideas simultaneously.
