Even though you’re on a no buy for the summer- in the future, maybe you can cut a bottom corner in the bags and you can pour the gems out into the organizer that way. I hope that means you won’t have to use a gem holder or make a separate funnel or anything like that. You may have fewer loose stragglers and it might be easier for you all together (and hence, even more satisfying for the ASMR lovers like me). I hope I made sense and that this is somewhat helpful 😅 💖

I'm too late for a recommend here, but if you take an empty soda bottle and cut off the top (leaving about an inch of the body part) it makes the perfect funnel for pouring in your charms!
