Watched this video last year when I was supposed to be merch Fall 2020 but soo excited to be able to watch it again for my merch fall 2021!!!
How was it!
Working in retail I hated having to upsell, too. I also hated in school whenever we had to do fundraising. You know, the door to door kind. Ugh, yuck!
Merchandise is a fun role to have! You have a great list of pros/cons.

i don’t like upselling either. it’s really awkward. sometimes their just there to browse or just to get ideas on what that want to get.
My arrival date is in two weeks and i got merch!! My last job made us upsell too and I hated it so I’m hoping they don’t do it at my location 🤞🏾

I loved working merchandise. Somehow I was never taught next level courtesy and my area did not push it
When I worked in Disney Springs it had only just been implemented there and as my program was finishing it was only just starting to get implemented in MK. I know people who worked merch who had never even heard of it
Oh ok. Ya I worked at MK and some people at my location knew about it and every time I picked up somewhere they’d always ask if I knew it specially at springs
Do you know if we have to be 21 to be placed in a role that sells alcohol?
You do not! I’m not 100% sure the exact age but I believe U only have to be 18. It might be 19 though
