What is a Merchandise cast member? Well.... it's Disney's fancy "magical" way of saying retail cashier. In this video, I go into more detail about my personal experiences with working at Walt Disney World in merchandise, covering topics such as training, what a typical shift looks like, and my general thoughts on my experiences during my time working on the Cultural Exchange Program.

Slightly old video, but very helpful video. Thank you for the breakdown of your time as a cast member.
I had my interview. Even though I did not get the job I applied for, which was parking services, the recruiter suggested I apply for retail as she noted my previous retail experience.
Anyway, I was waitlisted. This video detailed what the job entails. Thank you, again!
