I have the old SVS Sound path, glad they finally moved to RCA so I can just use RCA to RCA cables.
I totally agree. Actually, I was talking to SVS customer service about 6 months ago and told them that the 3.5mm Jack was a problem. It can cause loud pops and noise when moving around. And that we would really appreciate if they came out with a wireless kit that Just uses RCA cables. And voila! Boom they come out with this. SVS is the freakin best.
Lol the Infamous blue lights 🤪
I tried these out for wireless surrounds and overhead speakers. I definitely had fewer dropouts than I previously had with the dual band transmitter, but the delay was just too much! I couldn't even run through audyssey because the delay was so bad. Unfortunately, SVS customer service couldn't solve the issue, so I returned them.
Did you find another transmitter? Audyssey could work with the audio delay? SVS specs sais below 20ms , was it more?
I am looking into these aswell :)
Do you need each of these for each speaker?
You could put a Velcro strap around it to cover the blue light
True
Can you make a video on how you routed cables in your HT
I have some on what I did in the attic and walls - years ago
You should use double sided tape to attach the older transmitter to your receiver or wherever works for you. I use clear nano tape, the “as seen on tv” type. It works perfectly. And never leaves residue of any kind.
Bad idea. You don't want it against metal, it needs space.
@@COGuyStuff I’ve never had a problem once with strapping it to metal. Maybe I’m just lucky. I dunno.
It limits the range. Obviously it works for you but works better away. You don't put antennas next to metal for best performance.
LOL it’s you! Hear your voice now
Whats in the humidor :)
I (unfortunately) have the WA-2 and every time we run the microwave we get pops and buzzes unless we manually turn the sub off. It's a real PITA and I wish we hadn't wasted our money on it but this triband sounds like just what I need... but $200?
Yeah it's a little pricy. But it just works. Cost of solving the problem I guess :)
This version is $199. Might as well just go with the REL for $119 then. From reviews it seems to be way more reliable too.
How about using a black marker
I guess but tape isn’t permanent
Do those absorbers in your hall actually help? They seem to be off the beaten path....
I have a video specifically on them. They are to lower the noise floor - kitchen and AC noise. Yes they work VERY well.
Does work for car 12-14.4v
No
@@COGuyStuff Thanks for the reply 👍
