really appreciate you taking the time to share.. it's inspiring as life does get busy but i think picking back up and just keep going is the secret. I also relate to having a better motivation once completely done with pregnancy. So normal. My youngest is 4 now so... no excuses!

It’s taken me a long time (and I’m still not completely there yet), but progress is progress no matter how slow☺️ now all I need is for Covid to go away so I can go to the gym without fear or guilt about contracting or bringing anything home to the family! This “Mom bod” of mine isn’t going to tone itself, haha!😂

Can you also give ounces along with grams. If I ate all you eat in a day I would gain weight not loose. Glad it works for you. Your much younger than I am😄
I sure can!☺️ I’ve noticed with the new plan, I’m feeling overly full after most meals (and thinking I need to scale back my portions of zero point foods and listen to my hunger/fullness cues more!). I think because I’m so active during the day with the kids and going to the gym 3-4X/week, it’s still enough activity for me to lose weight while eating this much volume. But I completely understand with age and metabolism changes, what works for some will not work for others. Thank you for watching and supporting my channel! I greatly appreciate it!🥰💕
