Great match Chris and Paul! Both of you inspire so many and not just because of your awesome ability to throw darts, but rather the attitude and respectfulness you portray before, during and after a match.

I thought I had seen some really outstanding players in the league I used to play in. But this one big tournament I went to, this one time, was when I actually saw outstanding. Paul Lim happened to be warming up right next to me. I had no idea who he was. I’m hitting hat tricks left and right, with tons mixed in, and I’m feeling pretty good about that. But after a little bit I start to notice that this guy next to me is really damn good. Every time I glance over, he’s pulling all three from the trip-20. After a few rounds of glancing over to see this quiet dude casually hit another practice ton-80, I stop throwing, and just watch. Like I said, that was my introduction to a truly outstanding player.

Two points about this match:
1. Dad and son throw completely different. Proof that you can't teach people the exact mechanics you use. One can only teach people to be their best at their own mechanics.
2. The crowd is classy. No barking or booing the players.
Both points are great... But point 1 is SPOT ON... NEVER change how someone throws because it is different than your style.
@@John3710 Well, i changed a lot about my throw over the past 4 seasons (iv been playing around 3 years) and its only imrpoved my game. Iv tried different stances, aiming mechanisms, grips, releases etc. do you think one can be good with any number of mechanics and do you think that people could be one change off drastic improvement? even the greats?

ポールもADO時代は米国だったと思います。古いサインには「Paul Lim USA」と書いていました。
Worldに出始めた頃(2012)から国籍はシンガポール表記だったと認識していますが、昔は国籍は変えずに住んでいて、今(あくまで憶測ですが、ノドアからDMCに移籍した辺りからでは…)はシンガポールに住んでいると思われます。
同じLimでも、Chrisの方はその辺のダーツバーの上手い人よりも弱いかもね
