STAGE8 was the competition between Stephen Bunting and Royden Lam held on Nov.3 at i Darts Club in Hong Kong.
Bunting is from the UK and the winner of STAGE3 this year while Lam is from Hong Kong and aiming for his first title this year.
Don't miss the fierce CRICKET, for which shooting at the BULL'S EYE over the outer BULL drew the line between the winner and the loser.

They both appear to be struggling with the distance to the board during the first game, then they adjusted. Was the line set at 8'?

Why did Bunting get to go first in 4/5 games? I understand he won both diddles, but the players alternate first throw in every other World match I've watched.

why people go for bulls instead of triple 20s?

I am not a pro darter . . . but i alwiz find bulls is easier den trip 20s

they go for the bull, because in soft-darts, the entire bull, worth 50 pts, while in the steel-darts, there's the 25 and the bullseye (50).
Thus, it´s easy to make 150 pts in the entire bull, then 180 pts in treble 20 ... and you can´t forget, often, playing for the treble 20, they will score 140,100, 60 or even less ... but this is just my humble opinion...
