Chili garlic oil from the kitchen of one of my favorite Philippine chefs! Thank you for sharing this recipe, Chef Vanjo ❤
THE FIRST ONE IS TOO GOOD👈 BUT JUST TOO MUCH WORK AND I DON'T NEED TO CRUCIFY THE TEARS FROM CHILLIES🤣 AND THE 2ND ONE IS SATISFYING ENOUGH AND EXACTLY WHAT I WANT😘😘😘 THANKS PANLASANG PINOY AND GOD BLESS🙏

Hi Chef Vanjo. 😊❤🙏💕
I'm a fan here. Anyway, Nice to have a good tools to chopped the main ingredients. We also tried making this at home and yes yun smoke while cooking it mahapdi at nakaka ubo. But definitely masarap sa siomai or any dish na gusto may konting spicy! If you have time, go check my version of this. Thank you! 🙂
There is not much difference but version 1 (original fresh ingredients) looks more aesthetically pleasing and more flavorful because it has more fresh "wet juice", hence more capsaicin.
