Salamat sa pag share. This is rhe easiest method i saw so far and will do this later when i am free (madali syang sundan) Pwede ba we can add 1 big shrimp at the center ? Kasi originally grandma cooked ukoy with shrimps, and not to make it too much i think one shrimp shelled or none will do. The added shrimps for those who are not allergic to seafoods, pero kapag bawal, your recipe was good enough for ukoy lovers. More power and stay safe!
