    Dito ako sa channel na to natuto mag luto. I remember 2012 first time ko sa abroad and first time ko mahiwalay sa family. Wala akong ka alam alam sa pag luluto kahit stir fry di ko alam pano lutoin. Buti na lang may panlasang pinoy. Thank you sir. Malaking tulong po ang channel nyo.

    I'll make it Tommorow, but I'll use toge, kamote, kalabasa with oyster sause. And for my sawsawan I will use suka, toyo sibuyas, bawang, asukal paminta at pinch of Asin yummy 😜

    Crunchylicious! Gagawin ko yan mamaya pero pang dinner namin. Tamang tama kumpleto ang aking rekado wala nga lang akong pulang sibuyas pero meron akong green onion from my backyard at meron din akong mangilan ngilang tangkay ng malunggay sa aking backyard. Ung toge, celery, cabbage din pwedeng gawing okoy. Salamat Chef Vanjo sa pagbibigay ng iba't ibang ideas sa pagluluto.

      Puwede to Sir Okoy. In Zamboanga City we call this Ukuy. Mjnsan naparami ako ng kain ng Ukuy na may ulo ng hipon. Naku biglang tumaas ang BP ko. Yung palang hipon na malliit , taas .ng cholesterol content. Kaya eto panalo Sir. Maybe I'll think of substituting the butter into a more healthier option

    Salamat sa pag share. This is rhe easiest method i saw so far and will do this later when i am free (madali syang sundan) Pwede ba we can add 1 big shrimp at the center ? Kasi originally grandma cooked ukoy with shrimps, and not to make it too much i think one shrimp shelled or none will do. The added shrimps for those who are not allergic to seafoods, pero kapag bawal, your recipe was good enough for ukoy lovers. More power and stay safe!

    Looks appetising and delicious, it’s crunchy and full of nutrients . Perfect for snacks . I think raw papaya is also good to use instead of pumpkin . I’m quiet happy to eat with just a sit is accompany by soft drinks or a glass of red wine .
