Building a super accurate accessory for your table saw that helps to make very precise, angled cuts. This is not aimed at the beginner woodworker, but rather at more advanced projects. Despite its high accuracy, this project does not require any machinist or metal working skills

What's the name of the metal piece that goes into the grooved slot on the tables itself?
It's a flat metal bar that the miter attaches to. Mine is broke and it looks like it's 3/8" but I needed to know what that piece is to replace it
the metal call T track for the rail and for the slot call miter gauge rod, you can buy on ali express. i but all on here
Mantep. Keren channelnya. Salam dari Bandung.
Makasih banyak
At the 2:54 Mark you state to cut 15 MDF board. Is that 15mm? In America am I have access is 1/2" and 3/4"
yes i use metric on my country
Молодец девочка...
thank you
Also at the 7:55 Mark. how did you mount the miter to the rod? You put a threaded sleeve in the wood handle and putty but how do you attach it to the aluminum guide/rod? Did you use an aluminum welder, did you use a tap and die set to cut threads or what
i use epoxy glue that simple solution or you can use super glue. for instal handle i use bolt on aluminum
@@plywoodworking but did you use a tap and a die to cut threads for the aluminum or what
@@UltimateMMAFan83 yes, i not use tap bit coz i use miter gauge rod have insert nut on gauge rod aluminum, i only drill for as/center axis
Nen Abbo lass ich da!👌
thank you very much
That was pretty cool, the thing that got another subscription was the design program your using, that amazed me. It takes as much skill to produce that as the actual miter gauge! May I ask what program you use ?
Thank you, i use 3 max sofware for make animation, yes make this need a lot time for process only make 3-4 s need 10-16 hour for process render and compose. Hope this video can give you inspired
plywoodworking it did inspire me, however I have no lack of inspiration just a lack of time ! Lol
@@danielgeng2306 same with me, to many idea but poor in time ahahahaha
Hehe penggaris yg biasa kita pke di sekolahan
Hehe iya mas lmyan presisi jga, murah lgi
Can I ask what make of protractor you used?
That local brand in my country very cheap
Mas, beli runners utk stanley 1825 dimana? Makasih
Gk ada yg jual klo runner model gitu, harus buat sndiri, klo pyaq udh aq modif sndiri top tableya
@@plywoodworking tracknya ga presisi, setiap bikin runner goyang2 ga pas..
Hmm, why not add a vernier scale for 0.1 degree resolution?
What is that, sorry i dont know about that.
Great video, except for your music choice.
Thank you hope can give inspired😊

El trabajo muy bueno, la manicuría muy mala.

I must complement on your work. From your projects to the quality of your videos..I'm not a fan of musical videos I turn off the volume. I hope im not missing anything. I wish you well with your channel..
Thank you for suggestion, i still learn how to speak on my channel, i have problem with language coz i from indonesia. Coz that why now i only give text and some music for change speak i change with 3d animasion and detail size. But now i still try and try make my channel more good.
@@plywoodworking mine was just a suggestion I wasn't trying to insult you in any way. Like I said your video of excellent quality it's some of the best I've ever seen on CZcams. It's a commercial quality like something that you would see from like fine woodworking magazine again I compliment you and wish you the best with everything that you do!!!
Nice work, but considering the effort, parts and tools needed, I'm buying the Aliexpress model with excellent reviews.
Cool, thanks
4:20 that nail is gross..... seriously...
some people use the little finger long nail to snif cocaine.
100% right😋
It's a shame you've used the wrong centre point as your pivot point for the mitre-bar, you should have used the centre of the compass and not the hole you drilled.
To check this, make 3 x 30° angles and line them up, they should add up to a 90° corner, simply cutting a bar at an angle and then turning one of the bars will not verify a exact 45° cut, you can cut them at any angle and as long as you turn one of the bars the corner will come out as 90° :-)
Thanks for sharing the video ! :-)
yes first i wrong drill but i change hole on center pivot,
Morten Mortensen he ended up using the center. You can see it in the video.
@@plywoodworking Oh, I didn't spot that! Thanks for correcting me. :-)
