I think Accounting is one subject where the maths is applicable and useful in real life, rather than just learning mundane formulas that you'll eventually forget

I am a high school senior and I have wanted to be an accountant for a long time and then I changed what I wanted to do due to circumstances and I got accepted into my dream COLLEGE today is when I got the email and you just made me realize that this IS what I want to do with my life thank you so much

I just came across your channel and you are such an inspiration to me right now. I’m about to go into my second year of my bachelors for accounting and everyday since I started college, I’ve been so nervous about this field even though I’m confident that I enjoy the subject and I love challenges! I also just found out a few weeks ago that in AZ you need 150 hours to take the test, so I added the MBA to my list! There’s not an abundance of younger women who are accountants on CZcams who share so much about studying and experiences and such, so I truly thank you for doing what you do.

I'm so glad I found this video. I am looking to go back to school as a 32 yr old mom and I am leaning towards accounting. I loved it in high school and when I think about what I want to do now I am brought back to that accounting workbook in high school.

I graduated from highschool a few months ago, and I had NO IDEA what I wanted to major in. Just like you, I absolutely hated anatomy lol and sciences are just not for me. So I took a bunch of career quizzes and I noticed that I always got accounting. I signed up for my University classes just yesterday and your video and whole account really, inspired me to major in accounting. I have a good four years ahead of me and I promise myself to work hard and maintain an amazing GPA. Thank you for this video. See you in four years!!!
Thank you so much for this video. Very helpful insight. I was about to give up in school until I took my first accounting class. Sadly I had to leave University for a while due to my mother ending in the hospital for close to a year it was an intense time. I'm back and I like accounting. So I will consider majoring in it.
Umm. Thats an interesting perspective! I have been working in a CPA public practice for a couple of years now, but I never felt lonely, constantly dealing with clients everyday. Thank you for sharing you experience.

I'm moving on from community college to university. I struggled pretty heavy in my accounting classes so far but I pulled through. I'm fully committed to kick ass at UNT for the next two years.
I going back to school for Accounting. I only have a Associates degree in Accounting. And I love it
