I mean saitama is basically a god in some way, until ONE decides what exactly he's going to confirm, but one way or another saitama is GOD in his OWN universe and honestly that's all that matters, take Goku and put him in the OPM universe, yeah yeah Goku is insanely powerful but saitama is supposed to be the one above all in his OWN universe, so he will end up over powering Goku, same with saitama if you put him in the DBZ universe, Saitama would probably get annihilated because he just doesn't have the feats to show that he wouldn't
Superman doesn't lose his temper that fast and Saitima doesn't take people seriously that fast.
Saitama also wouldn't have thrown that first punch that fast but the fight itself seems fairly accurate.

Yeah, sups makes a lot of collateral damage, honestly if you check the MCU, the Avenges throughout all 21 movies have caused less damage from three invasions with large forces (NY: damage kept to a couple blocks, BoW: had very little area damage when you think about it and BoAB: were kept to the grounds of a Government area), the only time a city/ town was destroyed was Sycovia (which had to be destroyed or the world would die) and that was only due to Ultron going rogue and wanting to kill everyone not simply because the hero's were fighting recklessly. Compared to superman who levelled a city in the first DCEU film. I know where on about The comics but I thought it was a good example.

Goku vs Superman was also decided by popularity, not by actual feats.
@ScienceDrummer Bruh, goku at his maximum, isn't even remotely close in strength. Superman prime, for example, is more on the level of Dr. Manhattan. Now, in regards to Saitama, if an actual battle were to take place, the planet would most likely blow up. Thusly, Saitama would die, being that he can't breath in space. Now, goku is basically a rip off of superman, and hasn't even come close to accomplishing the same feats. This fight doesn't take any Canon strength or weaknesses into account, superman has been blasted with the equivalent of 15 supernovae, and didn't even get scratched. Having these characters fight is as nonsensical as having any character fight The Mask.

Saitama has already surpassed by far the animated and film versions of Superman, already in comics the Man of Steel versions that I believe the bald man can win would be, KALEL TERRA-23, Superman Red Son: Between the Sickle and the Hammer, Superman Earth-26, Earth-11 SUPERWOMAN, EARTH-31 SUPERMAN, Val Zod Earth-2 Dark Superman, Atticus Kent - Earth-1863, Overman - Earth-10, Cyborg Superman, Ultraman Earth-3. For now, I already faithfully believe Saitama could beat these 10 versions of Superman.

Technically, Saitama was the villain in this fight. Probably would've made more sense if Superman and Doomsday's fight accidentally destroyed Saitama's groceries to get him angry enough to actually throw the first punch.
