Bällehöchst 2095m / Wonderful panoramic view of Interlaken & Lake Brienz / From Saxeten

Bällehöchst hike we have started from Saxeten in about 3 Hours, family friendly T3 Hike. Mountain summit that offers astonishing views of the Bernese Alps, Interlaken & Lake Brienz as well as the Brienzergrat. Below the summit, there's a small ridge that extends these views even more.
This hike can be combined as a traverse to Jungfrau region via Lobhorn hut, to Sulwald/Isenfluh or to Grutschalp/Lauterbrunnen.
In our case we choose descend back to Saxeten the same way, because we already had the car parked in Saxeten.
Saxeten is beautiful small mountain village above Wilderswil, accesible via car or small bus from Wilderswil, also a perfect starting point for the hike on Morgenberghorn, Schwalmere, or the T6 hike Leissigggrat.

Wirklich grossartige Leistung die ihr da macht. Diese Tour werde ich auch machen. Vielleicht schon diesen Sommer. Ich habe schon ein paar Videos von Euch geschaut. Grosser Respekt! Was ihr hier für Touren macht, ist einfach nur Genial. Viele würde ich nicht wagen. So Gratwanderungen, wo der Pfad so schmal ist, dass der Wanderschuh nur knapp Platz findet.😅

Thx again for the great idea and the beautifull video. This Ballenhochst views seem more interesting than Schinnigeplatte. Plus alot quieter climb from the already pretty silent Saxeten dorf. I have only been to Saxeten once, sortof impulsive on a hot afternoon, we didn't really know what to hike, so we just walked back to wilderswill, which also is nice along the bach. Pretty impressive memorial there when you coss the road due to that big canyoning accident there back in 1999. I'm surely going to hike this path next time!

You are welcome.. Ballenhochst is sure better on views then schynige, you are right.. You should also try Morgenberghorn hike from Saxeten.. Beautiful views as well. Take care.
