Good driving bro, I've drove this track first time today in Asseto Corsa and I have to say the section of the track where elevation start to change is crazy.
Reminded me of Bathburst Mt. Panorama, the track is more difficult than I thought.

What do we need in order to drive cars on that track?

You have to be in a club that gets track time or be in real racing, like SCCA, and be in an event there.
Possibly a race driving school session, too, if they do one there.
I don;t know if they open the track for fun runs. Cars would have to be safety inspected, which is OK.
