"Yes, there is a special someone" she exclusively told "Extra" special correspondent Pauly D at a special celebration at The LINQ Promenade in Las Vegas, where she received a key to the city, and November 5 was declared "Britney Day." Britney also talked about getting nervous when celebs, like Jennifer Lopez, come to her show, having fun with Kathy Griffin on stage, and still holding the record for best first week album sales for a female artist.

Its funny cause Britney wasn't aware she broke the record at the first place and she was like: "Really!!!! I broke the record with Oops and Taylor still Isn't able to break my record". I love her she is so innocent and humble, she got nervous when J Lo attended her show and Britney is way bigger than J Lo in Music and way more successful, I hope Britney releases new music but good music. And Pauly seems he got feelings for Britney.

She looks youthful again! I detect she had an eye lift, possibly a neck lift, a nose job and her lips done and the results are great! The only thing that throws me off, is her lips.
