yes if u try to naturally improve thyroid problem with good diet and regular exercise it will help in improving high prolactin level too. in one research it was found that TRH(thyrotropin releasing hormone) in addition to increasing TSH(thyroid stimulating hormone) causes to rise prolactin level. I eat low carbs because to many health issues. I only have carrots and swede for carbs, it is lower carb.
