    I got second marriage due to my psycotic problem before 2 month and i am taking amisulpride(antipsycotic tablet)for my health isues for the past 3years.. I have no periods for the past 5 months.My antipsycotic tables which increased the prolactin level upto 138 and i consumed 2 cabergoline tablet last week as per the doctor prescribtion.my thyroid level is good. How long it takes to reduce 138 prolactin level to normal level. Is there any exercise for that to do.is it cause any untreatable infertility problem? .I need to know is it curable or not And how

      avoid any food that comes in packet. Restrict fenugreek seed, sesame seed. prefer walnuts, flax seed, chia seed, Do meditation as it helps lowering cortisol and promotes healthy hormones like dopamine
      please do strength training workout like squat 60 reps 2 sets... 5 days a week then increase to 3 set of 60 after 1 week, romainian deadlifts with 2 kg dumb bell, reverse lunges, plank, pushup, glute bridge , bent-over row, along with cardio 30 min 3 days and 1 day rest day OR yoga Day . you can just do SUN Salutation yoga as well it as 12 steps. 1 cycle completes when all 12 steps are done try to do 10 cycle and keep increasing by 1 cycle each day

      Do 2 days lower body exercise. 2 days upper body, 2 days core exercise in evening

      No. Don't use Methi /fenugreek

High-intensity exercises like squats, lunges, pull-ups, crunches and pushups are ideal, with minimal rest time in between. The more intense a workout, the more these hormones are released. Consistency is also key to retaining a steady flow of healthy hormones throughout your body. can be 3 day strength training and 2-3day cardio with 1 rest day in a week.

      get MRI done once. if need take medication along with it add 1 tsp powder of macuna pruriens seed powder, chaste berry supplement and b6 suppplement. dont take stress it will produce cortisol and it will affect your health. dont eat fenugreek (methi) watch my part 3 i have told hat to avoid in that video

    Hi mam, i am 34 year and my weight is 56kg height is 5.3 ft. I am trying to conceive from last 2 years. But no results. In the year 2022 april month i got scanned with weak pregnancy, which i got miscarriaged 37 days. Then 2023 August 35 days i got miscarriage. Then had hormone tests .       I would advice if u start daily exercise like 2 days HIIT workout and 2 days Full body body weight workout
      and 2 days core and lower body with arms workout and breathing techniques daily u will see overall improvement

      Do strength training exercise 3 days weekly. 1 day zumba. 1 day jogging. 1 day stretching. 1 day rest.You should eat a diet rich in zinc and Vitamin B6 as it reduces Prolactin levels in the body. Eat foods like whole wheat cereals, bran, green beans, tofu, salmon fish, shellfish, spinach, potatoes, bananas. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet which will also keeps body healthy and reduces stress.       yes if u try to naturally improve thyroid problem with good diet and regular exercise it will help in improving high prolactin level too. in one research it was found that TRH(thyrotropin releasing hormone) in addition to increasing TSH(thyroid stimulating hormone) causes to rise prolactin level. In patients with primary hypothyroidism, increased levels of TRH can cause to rise prolactin levels and these patients may have galactorrhea (secretion of milk)

      I ear lot of veggies and salad staff and lot of proteins
      I eat low carbs because to many health issues. I only have carrots and swede for carbs, it is lower carb.
      To many carbs are bad if you have histamine intolerance hives.

    I belongs to Jain community and my question is my first time I get reported in my prolactin levels 2000+ after two months later retest my prolactin levels and my prolactin level nearly 200 after the sixth month later again retest my Prolectin level near to 50 and after 2 month again retest and my Prolectin level 135 and after 3 month again retest and level of Prolectin 250+
    Now currently my prolectin level 250+
    Don’t know What can i do please help me out this situation
    I’m very tired about my future
    As of now i used medicine of Cabergoline 0.5 twice a week

      Please include B6 supplement and B6 food sources you can also increase antioxidant like Selenium and Vitamin E include healthy oil and nuts and start doing strength workout 5 days weekly

    Hi mam I'm married and 3 years completed trying to conceive but I'm fail just bcoz of prolectin my prolectin level is 42 ..
    My doctor gave me cabgolin and it's suiting me like my period cycle has normal now and also my breast tenderness has gone but this medicine makes me dizzy a lot😔 is it normal

      Eat a balance diet like roti , green vegetable + dahi. OR salad + paneer+ Multigrain roti only roti sbzi if u eat its not balanced. Also use seeds like flax, til, pumpkin,Sunflower,chia, 1 tsp daily. One by one. Alternate seeds. Do 30 mon strength training workout in evening..Run for 30 minutes in morning

      Eat a diet rich in zinc and Vitamin B6 as it reduces Prolactin levels in the body. Eat foods like whole wheat cereals, bran, green beans, tofu, salmon fish, shellfish, spinach, potatoes, bananas. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet which will also keeps body healthy and reduces stress.       try to hav a combination of carb with protein and fibre... for example poha with dahi OR paneer with steamed vegetable as salad bowl OR fruit bowl with Dahi 1 katori OR dal rice + dahi & salad.
      Eat these balance combination and you will see the difference. Also include seeds like flax, pumpkin,Sunflower,chia seed for selenium,Zinc,other minerals
      Do 2 days lower body exercise. 2 days upper body, 2 days core exercise in evening and in morning 6 days per week do fast walking. Sunday rest.. Sit in sun for 30 min daily. Expose arms and lower leg on skin direct rays of sun. Also meditate anulom vilom 15 min daily. Eat 1 amla daily. You can make amla chatni..or eat slightly steam it or add while making curry

      Try to
      Reduce stress with yoga, meditation, and long slow walks.
      Consider taking vitamin B6 which lowers prolactin levels by increasing the neurotransmitter dopamine.
      Consider taking the herbal medicine Vitex agnus-castus (also called chaste tree or chaste berry) which lowers prolactin
