Iam 41 years . Do yoga everyday eat healthy food and also thyroid in control. But these days I am having acne only in chin area around 3 to 4 and some small plus ones . I am not able to understand reason.i have no stress Nd also do daily skin care

Hi ! I am tired with the fungal acne on my forehead and my left cheeks. I don’t know sometimes it feels like closed comedones and sometimes fungal acne. These are small small bumps in cluster form deep under the skin. I tried so many things from 2 years salicylic acid chemical peel, salicylic acid based face wash, benzoyl peroxide 5percent, tretinoin 0.01 recommended by doctor and many more things. Many times my skin got pilled but these acne are so stubborn that they are not easy to get rid off. Can you please suggest what should I do.
Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% is so good but it took 1 month so give it a try hope for the best i got the best result out of it
