Pimples are caused when ur kapha increases.. avoid food that increases kapha dosha in body.
And yes people with pimples shpuld avoid dairy as it increases kapha and have a lil spicy food as it helps eleminating built up.

My problem is excessive sweat in summer. I need to to touch my face to wipe frequently. Had oily face but it is turning to dry because i can't put any creams due to sweat. If i put moisturizer to avoid dryness new pimples will poo out. Is there any solution for this?
