THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS
RIGHT ON. LOVE ME SOME JUDAS PRIEST. I WAS THERE. I SAW THIS TOUR. JUDAS PRIEST 4 LIFE.
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
@Flat Earth Florida
Awesome set list. . Alot of old stuff too. Love me some old school Judas PRIEST
Great 👍👍👍👍👍
Most underrated metal band ever. They are still light years ahead of anything that gets put out in metal these days.
I agree and others will disagree because they get good amounts of attention but nowhere near enough. Maiden and Metallica are okay but priest is where it’s at
@@LoganFK Priest is my favorite metal band! Sabbath my 2nd then Metallica & Maiden , all with great discographies but you just can’t beat Priest!
Not is underrated, everybody know that sabbath , Motörhead and Judas are the pillars of heavy metal. The others are good but not elite like sabbath , Motörhead and Judas.
One of Britains finest bands!! Priest makes me proud to be British!!
If you ever experienced a Priest concert back in the 80's it was like being steamed rolled by wall of Marshall's your ears rang for a week.... Long Live The 80's \m/
Fuckin hell, Glenn really ripped that Ram It Down solo note for note at that speed... Honored to have met him!
Mr. Dave Holland THE BEST drums Judas Priest only 1 FOREVER, FANTASTIC, PERFECT. R. I. P.. LOVE YOU ❤️
Me too man! Thank you so much for sharing! I 100% agree with everything in your comment.
This was the last metal show in Miami's Hollywood Sportatorium before it closed on Oct 21, 1988. Quite a fitting mic drop .
The best moment of Judas priest live
definitely in their prime here
Too bad we can’t turn back the clock! I’m not sure I would go see them now- a shadow of this era!
Well Glen has Parkinsons so he's not able to do the freakishly fast solos he used to be able to. I swear some of those diseases are created by the devil just to be cruel. That combined with their parting with kk downing led to them becoming a different band. And dave holland their drummer left
Best metal voice ever
I agree! 🤘
AMEN to that brother. That VOICE. Got damm. 💯🤘💯🤘💯🤘💯🤘💯🤘💯
very difficult songs, some of them. fast and high. but for me it´s the best time of halford in the 80´s. i can explain painkiller. Then, sadly, never got this awesome level. but it´s the best for me.
yes, could be. Could be? HE IS!!!!!
SOME JUDAS SONGS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO TRANSLATE TO DIRECT. BUT HALFORD IT´S AT HIS BEST. IN THE 80´S SURE
Thanks for upload! Halford looks in tremendous form here. He had been sober nearly 2 years at this point.
6:28 mad dance moves. Wait for the MJ spin.
THEM MOVES THO
Awsome Halford!
Pony talil power
Wow. Classic concert in a classic time.
Back in the days when Priest could sell out all the big arenas. When I saw them last it was at foxwoods in Connecticut. That place looks like it holds about 2500 people. This is the priest I want to remember.
Great show, HALFORD is The Heavy metal God, Kk and Glen BEST duet electric guitar of history, Holland high level drummer, Ian... Necesary piece
HOLLAND
R.I.P.
Trapeze - Judas Priest legacy !!!
Perfect Heavy Metal Artists
if you want it come an get it baby
Ram it Down one amazing heavy metal record full of goodness and im glad to.listen 'im a rocker' live
I seen Judas Priest in 1979 when they opened for Kiss in New Haven Connecticut.
Thats amazing
Saw them front row on the hell bent tour.......they knocked the 1st 5 rows of people down -- on the ground.....no barricades then.....I was the 1st to get to my feet !! True story......my eyebrows were gone and I tasted gun powder for about 5 days......right ear is still fucked !! Best night of my life 😁😄
In shape here
Man that vest is bad ass!
Metal Gods !! Ever !!
Yes! My favourite band! 🤘
Thay r so f****ing awesome 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
AMEN to that brother.
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Love me some Judas PRIEST
The metal God ROB HALFORD
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I was there, my first Judas Priest concert. September 1988. Cinderella opened the concert.
This is the ram it down tour......i went to this concert in charlotte nc..... priest was by far the best live act ive ever seen.....
my god man... rob's high notes here gotta be the most powerful thing he ever did. In 1986 he sounded cleaner but not as powerful. 1988 has to be his prime
Video and sound quality is quite impressive!
Wish they officially released this on their 50 Heavy Metal Years Box Set.
Best British band forever. Judas Priest is the best in the world.
Muhammad Noor bin Rohani maiden rocks too! Megadeth. Slayer. All rock in bands! Priest is one of my favs
Judias priest also were smart enough to use foreign record labels so they didn't fall with the grunge movement. There's a reason alot of German and British metal bands from the 80s are still playing stadiums
Saw this tour at the Meadowlands. No video screens , fans in the upper deck pumping fists and banging heads to even the new tunes . I think my ticket was $20 maybe for good lower level . Those were the days . Look at the craziness on the floor ! Just awesome.
I was there.
The best group
Jeeeeezus!!!!
thx for the audio restore and 60fps vid, awesome!!
Porrada de som na mente! Congratulations fron Brasil 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Very good to see this! Thanks for Simon! I look this video first time!
Masterpiece ever.
Awesome setlist.
Dam this was back in the day when recording devices were a no-no,kudos to you guys filming this ,Great Sound!!!
Reminds me of Rerun at THE Doobie brother's concert in the gym
If someone has no clue what metal is, Play them Black Sabbath, and Judas Priest. That covers two ends of the spectrum, one with the God Fathers of Metal and the other with the Metal Gods!
Perfección
SUPER METAL
awesome! thanks dude
Damn! I wish Halford didn't lose his hair.
one of the best concerts of judas priest in 1988 rob halford is at his best vocaly.
Great work for video editing, thanks
if someone ask me what is heavy metal, i say is this live version of The Sentinel with Halford singing with that leather jacket and that Heavy Metal in his back
A metal concert in Miami? Crazy! But it was 1988 so that may explain things.....
So these days Miami is shitty rap and pop city?! Yeah?
Great video! However I was at this show and it was not in Miami! This was at the Hollywood Sportatorium in Hollywood, FL (the area is now known as Pembroke Pines). This was the final metal show before the venue closed in 1988.
It's commonly mislabelled as Miami. Believe me, I originally had it listed as Hollywood, but people were complaining and confused :)
@@SimonChristensen Sadly a lot of people assume because the Miami Arena had opened in July of 88 that the show was there. However the fact is that due to construction delays several shows that were originally scheduled for the Miami Arena were rescheduled and moved to the Hollywood Sportatorium including the Iron Maiden show that I attended in August 1988. In fact I got into an arguement with someone else who posted a version of this video about 5 years ago I think who kept insisting that it was at the Miami Arena and I posted the tour itinerary showing that Priest did not play Miami in 1988. The one thing I will never forget about this show is since it was well known that it was going to be the final Metal concert at the Sportatorium was the fans in the stands ripping out the seats after the show and the staff trying in vain to stop them.
Haha..surprised the roof didn't fall in..
@@TheDarthHobbes I did some research on the Hollywood Sportatorium. Judas Priest was the last metal band to play there. I wish the stadium was still there because I do visit Florida sometimes, it’s a shame that it’s gone now. I would love to go inside and get on stage to see that Judas Priest played here. But, it’s a supermarket there now. Sucks that it had sound problems, construction delays, horrendous traffic, crowd issues, and roof issues.
Niños ese caballero de barba que hoy canta con agudos y parece Santa Closs y calvo... ASI CANTABA EN SUS MEJORES TIEMPOS!
ESTO ES JUDAS PRIEST SEÑORAS Y SEÑORES!
"Sinner" sounds amazing 🔪
That VOICE of his. Wow. Amazing. The metal God ROB HALFORD.
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
The metal gods. Great
43:04 Metal God
42:55 - 43:08 wooowwww
Halford is the metal god!!
THE METAL GOD ROB HALFORD
WHAT A GREAT AMAZING VOICE
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
LOVE ME SOME JUDAS PRIEST
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
totale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pretty sure this is the exact one as the Miami California one.
If I'm not mistaken...one of the last concerts at Hollywood Sportatorium.
DAVE HOLLAND \m/
Save what's left of "the" legacy...Get KK back into Judas Priest
listen to firepower. the legacy is still well intact.
After the death of DAVE HOLLAND they should have stopped their activities...
@@TheSason666. I really hope you don’t mean that
@@spacesex710 What exactly?
That dude was a piece of shit and you know that. Don’t be a troll.
The pony tail and that cod piece. Lol
But still the METAL GOD. rob FUCKIN halford. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Love me some Judas PRIEST.
Alex Saucedo no doubt, but still looking back it’s kind of ironic that none of us knew. Of course now it doesn’t even matter but he was throwing signals for years\m/
@@mlwsf
Yeah when I found out later on. I was shocked. I was like. Whattttt. No shit. Got damm. . But it dident brother me. I was cool about it. . Like i said. Love me some Judas PRIEST. And he is still the metal God. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
@@mlwsf really? I knew when I was about 12 y old in 1990, I didn't gave a fuck even at that time, but it wasn't a like "secret" at all
1:07:07 heavy metal solo by glenn tipton
Wonder what arena in Miami this was? Perhaps the old Hollywood Sportatorium just north of Miami? Great upload!
Bingo!
Rob get KK back asap.
Best version of Sinner. Halford going absolutely insane after KKs solo. No wonder his voice was ruff as fuck in 91 haha. Noone can top the Metal God.
The only band that fit to wear all leather & spike..

@@SimonChristensen Yeah! setlist.fm rules !!!!
Ya esta
Grandfathers of skinny jeans.
Kind of mind boggling that Dave Holland never got the hang of playing, Victim Of Changes properly or any other Priest material from out of his era. Seems like tempo changes, fills and grooves were foreign to his drumming abilities. Oh well. The band powered through it for 10 years.
So anyway! Who cares! He then played in TRAPEZE !!!
And he managed to be imprisoned afterwards declared officially a sex maniac.
So he proved to be the best and truest Metal Monster among them all !!! \m/
R.I.P.
@@TheSason666 I mean if being convicted of one count of attempted rape and five counts of indecent assault against a 17 year old with learning disabilities when your 42 makes you the best and truest Metal Monster then we have to agree to disagree.
I liked his non-technical playing it made Priest successful
