    Nice one Arco! I love that you put my sticker on your English wheel! One thing I found when it pops out on the end like that is instead of coming in straight into the wheels, enter the anvils at a 45 degree angle and as it goes in "steer" it to where you want to wheel. I am hoping to get together with our pal Kaetyn and film some videos soon!

    I used to have a tool with a bunch of needles that would move when I would use it to get the shape I needed. I would use that to make the shape with metal or body filler. Year's later I see they advertise one like it made out of plastic used for wood work same concept what I had just modernized it.

    Still trying to gather metal for my plemashing hammer, I bought the kit for the hammer but they don't fit just a little big for the hole to my Harbor freight air hammer. I got 4 of them in the pack. I'm going to cut one of them to fit in the shaft that fits the hammer and weld it on. So I'm not going to wast my $25 buck's I'll make it work. It might be a good idea to have a heavier duty air hammer just in case the harbor freight air hammer brakes down.

    Excuse the ignorance, just learning, if the English Wheel is mostly used for curves, why not use a slip roller? I realize the English Wheel is capable of compound curves and plannishing as well but I see a lot of people online using it like this to make a single curved sheet.

    • @OutlawEdge
      @OutlawEdge  Před 24 dny

      That’s not a dumb question at all if you use a slip roller, you get shape that is in the panel but if you use the English, will you can actually form the panel. I hope that makes sense to you. You can bend the metal with a slip roller, but with an English wheel, you can bend the metal four ways all in one step. I answered your question. Thank you so much for watching.
