It’s a N&W 12-inch hooter whistle. It is a Norfolk & Western engine, the whistle is mostly different to his.

475 had her 8inch hooter and 90 has her 6 chime reading whistle at the time of the recording
those yellow open air coaches are something else! wonder why they got rid of them

I think because they moved the main entrance to the railroad towards the front near the switch tower, straight into the parking lot. Cause the crossing was the entrance road.
