Thank you for the review. However, besides the nice design, I believe that the product is too expensive for the average artist. This pricing strategy may lead digital artists to switch to competitors like XP-Pen and Huion. These companies offer a 16K pressure sensitivity, 24" 4K pro display with 99% P3 color accuracy for less than 1.000-1.500 EUR. There is no real reason for artists to purchase a 17" display for around 3.000 EUR/USD when they can get a better deal elsewhere.

I would even understand 17" for 1.500 EUR because it is a Wacom Cintiq Pro. But 3.000, is another level even for pro artists.

sorry can i ask you do you think that the size (17 inch) for screen display tablet is good for a professional concept artist?

back in the last generation , many artist said the 27 inch is sweet spot, in the studio usually they have the 24 inch minimal, I have 16 and 13 inch for home use, and when working on big pieces I need to always zoom in and zoom out, it starting to get a bit annoying after 4 years.
I think whatever you can afford that would be fine for your friend!

@@learningforever1882 i recently bought 27 pro, and 120hz I thought only marketing but it's turn out making drawing really feel snappy, if you use ipad before probably the new cintiq feel a bit blurry a bit, as the coating anti glare making it bit blurry but generally same or sharper to my old cintiq probably because higher resolution at 4k compare to 1080p before, the pro pen 3 is small and light and you can customize from size, shape, button and weight, definitely improvement from pro pen 2, I haven't try the new 22 but the old one probably need tiny bit bigger what I feel, 27 pro probably the best option, cause there no 32 for now, but I need to resize my scalling for icon to 150% because I feel in 27 it's to small at 4k, probably why they exist 32 pro back then, if you want to ask about anything, I gladly answer, cheers!

Note that some computers won’t allow for 4K@120hz through USB-C. Unfortunately Apples. Since they have blocked this function to get people to spend more money on a model with HDMI 2.1 (and hence that supports 120hz). So you will have to use individual cables for HDMI, USB, and Power, to get 120hz to work.

I have a gaming laptop that only has 1080p and 144hz. will I still be able to get 4k 120hz if I hook the wacom up to it? or does my PC need to have 4k as well?

@@jaredf2241 That depends on if you have HDMI, Display-ports, or USB-C ports that can provide 4K@120hz. Plus what the CPU/GPU can manage. Likely 4K won’t be an issue if the laptop isn’t too old. But 120hz may. Relatively to the price of a 120hz Wacom, a PC that can provide you with 4K@120hz is rather affordable. Besides the Mac’s perhaps, where only the more expensive Pro’s allows for it, and then unfortunately only can get that by hooking ip the Wacom with three cables instead of one.
I enjoy Apples stuff, although expensive. But in this case they should have payed more attention to those who use pen displays other than the iPad. When you want to at least be able to zoom and scroll using your fingers, MacOS is horrible even for that. And other pen display manufacturers even turn touch off when hooked up to Macs.
