I'm loving this savage version of Owen đ "they're gonna get wellied by city, hammered by arsenal and Brighton will bend them over too!"
I wish he said that
You just heard it in your own way
Thatâs not the quote đ
I don't know how but they'll beat arsenal.. cause it's rigged as f
@@ramblingbootsIRL It was funny though. Especially for a Palace fan. đ€Ł
I thought Ronaldo was the problem
He was a problem.
They've got another 30 at that club. The 2 glaring problems are Rashford and Bruno.
Overpaid, overrated, spineless footballers.
You don't think, you just repeat rubbish you've seen other people write. Come up with something original.

Garry Neville, thanks for ghe INTERVIEW with Eric Ten Hag and thanks for Understanding the Utd situation
Apparently Olise has cancelled all talks with Man Utd's recruitment team. Wants to sign for a proper club.
Nah, donât wanna see Olise in MU.. MU is a grave yard.
I really don't want Olise to come to Manchester United. This club is ruin him, he doesn't deserve that
I had no idea they appreciated Steve Mclaren so much
Owen mentioned it in his autobiography, that he rates Mclaren a lot.
GUYS, WHERE IS MICHAEL OWEN AND HIS WORDS????? It's really a shame
But I will keep asking here until someone answers me.... Where is MICHAEL OWEN and his Words??????
ETH is the perfect manager for United.

@@user-ou6fr6ds6z to be honest, i don't think ETH is the problem. you can't have so many managers who have the same problems and keep blaming them.
I dont even know whether he ever rewatched this video later..... To evaluate himself....
Or better still, watched Garry Neville's interview with Ten Hag and the actual root of the problem Utd was facing in the 2023/2024 season....
If he did, then his perspective could have taken a huge 180 degrees turnaround
fully agree. t.H has had 2yrs to stamp his style on the squad and this shambles is all he has created. Its a disorganised mess and often looks no better clued up than a local pub team.
No passion to win, no intent to score goals, no desire - full stop.
Why is Antony schooling Mason Mount? Guy has been rubbish since day dot⊠the problem is he feels he is in a place to dish out advice
I think it's other way... I think he and onana are complaining to him about missed opportunities
Antony out with his sugar daddy Ten hag

Where is MICHAEL OWEN and his words????
He is absolutely right. Give him credits for telling the truth!
When Ten Hag brought steve mcClaren onto his staff i knew Ten hag was clueless at this level
He did so probably for 2 reasons. 1. Because he was Fergie's treble-winning assistant so he already knows the club, and 2. Because they worked together at FC Twente with their roles reversed.
Look at your hair your clueless about life
@@Shadowespeon17 Fergie had many assistants,Steve famously told to sit down in the Champions league final against Bayern when he he advised fergie to go defensive at 1 all,Twente had a seriously good squad which Steve had nothing to do with, since then every club he has been involved with has been a disaster, relegation or administration,he is a walking disaster
To be fair Eric has brought about 6 players they just havenât worked
Like seriously..... Tell him to go back TO THE SKY SPORTS Studio and make those comments again
Where is MICHAEL OWEN...????
MICHAEL OWEN, he said STEVE McCLAREN is nowhere touching that Utd team,..... So what happened at WEMBLEY????? He said Utd are gonna get annihilated by man city...... What happened at Wembley????
Some pundits are just not serious..... On su h a big stage and you make utter of those TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WORDS?????????
WHERE IS MICHAEL OWEN ????????????
Any man who benches the best player in the world is a SAUSAGE, fact
WHERE IS MICHAEL OWEN???
Man Utd - every manager has the same problem.
1. Bring their own players in then they get sacked. These players are more favourable for that manager's way of play.
2. Each manager wants a different style of play.
3. Assigns average players or players who have been good and are past it. Eg. Casmerio and Varane
4. The culture at the club is toxic and they don't want to fight for the badge/club. Just happy to be a part of it all
So how would you fix the problem ?
Or are you just around to answer the easy questions ?
Have you heard of the edit function on CZcams? â@@nizzanator
nope, Tan hag IS the problem
He didnât sign Varane ffs
Footballers get paid too much money now, they dont give a toss if they win, lose or draw as they are still getting there wages.
That might be true⊠if teams like city and Madrid with astronomical wages can just keep on winning and winning
@@CinderfallGamingyeah but those footballers deserved it. Modric, Ronaldo, Kroos, Ronaldo. They were all world class by the time they were signed for Madrid. Same case for city, they sign absolutely class and hungry players. Look at united, their players are the highest earning in the league. Rashford, pogba, lingard, sancho, Maguire just to name a few. All of those players except Maguire care more about their social media presence than playing football. None of those footballers deserved their wages, yet they were paid astronomically. The only player that deserved his wage hike was de gea
Look at what Rashford is on. And zero return on that investment. English football is an absolute joke.
I thought Sancho was the problem.
But he is playing champions league final at Wembley.
đŽđŽđŽđŽđŽ
Short sighted thinking. Level up
Paul SCHOLES was a very smart guy in his career, with high and quality understanding of the game of football.... Was far way beyond Michael Owen's understanding of football,.....
That's why I say he (Paul SCHOLES) was brainwashed in this particular edition of Michael OWEN and his baseless and knowledge-less tactical criticism of ETH
As a United fan the players obviously don't want to win anything anymore
Antony has no right complaining about any manager given his own contribution
can't believe people think ten hag is a world class manager after taking Ajax to a semi final In the champions league đđđđđ
"their problem is, when they don't score, they hardly even win"
Up the mighty palace, this is the best football I've seen us play in the last 12 odd years, unbelievable young talent a the club and the best front 3 I've seen too. Imagine if we still had Zaha..
So satisfying to watch this video after United won last two Premier league matches , Won FA CUPâŠ.and qualified for European league next season đ
I honestly think any team in the league would have put 4 past that united starting line up
This aged well Owen đ đđ€Łđđ
The problem runs deeper than the manager. They've had managers with top reputations and none of them have gone there and done much, the club is rotten from bottom to top, it's not all the manager.
Michael Owen is an absolute joke. Running disgusting media trial against ETH.
Scholes is right, the lack of effort and quality is quite astonishing. Poor poor side
Fun take, but let's not forget Steve Mclaren had one or two great years, in The Netherlands Eredivisie, after which he failed to impress and only got the Man U job because Fergie wanted him (in a smaller role).
Thats the first time i've ever agreed with Michael Owen
ETH destroyed Liverpool season. After the FA Cup extra time loss, the snowball effect causes Liverpool to lose the UEFA and EPL. Keep Ten Hag and givenhim a huge warchest next season đ
Micharl OWEN wherever you are, am waiting for your Next Crafted Words against ETH
Thats a great win for Palace, and about as low as it gets for United...Hag is gone, bring in Ange( he should be available in 3 games)
pretty sure Ange has been exposed as not good enough for the Premier League
â@@MrSquigeonI disagree.
If nothing changes, Spurs will finish 5th. That's an improvement from his first season, after losing Kane, Dier and slowly building a new team.
@@HyperIndian On current form; spurs will probably slip from 5th in these final 3 games.
@@HyperIndian Dier wasn't considered a loss, though.
@@MrSquigeon he has spurs 5th haha, and has actually implemented an identifiable style of play at spurs in 1 year less than what seven hag still can't do at united
65 injuries, are the media blind?
Results business, dude. Also, if 1 club are having xyz injuries, then there is either a problem with training, or players not wanting to train.
@@richardsmith9615 players didnt want to train in the dark, they have no mentality, so u think they should keep these players and sak TH?
@@tomharestad465 It's hard to know how to approach it, honestly. I would look at it both ways, most of the players that Ten Hag has signed have very little personality (The exceptions imo being Eriksen and Martinez) That has to be taken into consideration if you completely overhaul the squad. But it's clear that this same group of players have been throwing in the towel for the last 3 managers. I would assume a lot of blame should go to the scouting network too, as they are clearly incompetent.
The idea that Steve mcclaren who ten hag brought in as far as I know has nothing to do with the coaching seems very far fetched
How so?
@@tk6od ten hag has worked with mcclaren before hasnât he? And he brought him in..? But mcclaren is now getting paid for twiddling his thumbs? I might be wrong but I doubt that
So far he was completely wrong đ€
Where was 'champion' keeper Onana
*championship
ETH 19 lose this season in all competition đđđđ
You have to start wondering if there is an anti-Ten Hag faction within the playing group who are tanking games to force Ten Hag out? Considering the playing group, the results are so poor something doesn't add up.
Just because they play the game doesn't mean they know what they are talking about...nice one Owen.
Michael Owen at 1:46⊠didnât age well
Sancho case and point, look what he's doing in a different environment. Agree with Scholesy, there are some good players there.
100% agree
Sancho has played poor since signing. Even under Ole he was poor.
The problem isn't having "Good players" The problem is having application on the field. Look at Martin Odegaard for Arsenal. Every game he plays, he is undoubtedly the best technical player on the pitch, yet he runs himself into the ground doing dirty work as well. Are United players better than he? Absolutely not, they need to be humbled and do the dirty work to get their team to the next level. If these players could just dig in all season instead of only against rivals, they would be competing for the title. But it's a mentality, and some people don't have it. Ferguson used to be able to smell it, and if people didn't have that, they got shipped out, regardless of talent.
Itâs the same old story tho, sack the manager and what happens? Most of these players that are simply not good enough will get another free pass with another new manager.
Onana is pure comedy
đ
United coach always want to say itâs Ronaldo problemsâŠ..haha
Tbh changing manager will not make any difference. Its the player, sometimes I think they do it on purpose to shift the blame on the manager. But I agree that the remaining games will be a nightmare to watch if they play how they did today.
Tbf he has to go.
You love to see it
Michael Owen is becoming the Stephen A Smith of the Premier League.
Can only hope Ratcliffe & co, with their new off the pitch signings are going to be the game changer for this club. This season has been a rough ride with injuries and lacked performances from the remaining players.. changes will continue to be made for the better. Here's hoping
GGMU đŽâ«ïžâȘïž
On another note... I've read the changing room is lacking Lisandro Martinez leadership, quiter without him or whatever.. you would think players like this could still attend matches with the team? Be in the dressing room, be apart of it vocally
This must be up there with the most injuries a club has had in a season. Hardly the managers fault. We actually looked very good with a full squad last season.
Injuries have been awful for man u but they have also been for Brighton, Chelsea and Liverpool...
@@HonestPerson96we literally only have 1 fit defender right now and thatâs dalot. It was inevitable that we couldnât handle the prem at this moment
The results were better than the play deserved last year. United has no identity under ETH, not even after two years. He has to go.
@@HonestPerson96no where near on the scale of man united. Man Unitedâs squad depth is nothing in comparison to Liverpool and Chelsea. And look how brightons doing, not great. United literally had one senior outfield player on the bench. All season man united have not had an opportunity to play itâs starting back four. And donât forget how poor casemiro has been, completely on him being well past his glory days. Unitedâs best players this season are teenagers and Fernandes.
Newcastle have had far more injuries and still above you eth isnât a good manager get over it move on
i don't think it's ETH's fault really. being at that club will break anyone down.
Why?
Take Roy Keane as a manager!
The way City are playing it could be 10-0 in the FA Cup final.
Jeremy kyle interview owen and scholes
Be careful what you wish for, he got champions league and won a trophy, if Iâve learned anything from the media over the past season. Losing games and getting blown out 4-0 by palace is not sack worthy. Or maybe that only applies to David moyes.
Get Southgate in as an âadvisorâ to âSeven Hagâ,failing that get back veterans like Howard The Coward Webb and Mike Riley.14>1 Amen.
I was honestly for Erik ten hag having at least another season but not after that
We had a RB at LB a CM at CB next to a fifth choice CB. We've had these issues all season and whilst its wrong to blame it solely on injures, it can lead to inconsistency, uncertainly and unrecoverable low confidence. Meanwhile Palace are in form and in a good place, the results aren't going to get any better until we get players back and signings through the door, we have to give ETH one more season, we didn't have these problems last season.
â@@markob53 it is strange how people just ignore all the circumstances before making conclusions
Its strange how u don't notice we play the same way with and without injuriesâ@@Fz23886
When owen and scholes speak out the club must listen.
I would love to see former players managing football clubs they will know how its difficult
wtf!!! Antony was complaining to Mount... 3 times 3 timesđ€Ł
Win or lose, players still get paid richly.
Problem is deep seated in this club.
Owen cares more than Scholes and heâs a Liverpool boy
player power at Man Unt has seen of many every manager since SAF hence the need for a mass clear-out of the football squad
Steve did great job with England
Do these guys even follow whatâs happening at the club? 30 plus different centre back pairings this season, over 60 different cases of injury. We are playing Casemiro at centre back ffs.
Injuries doesnât excuse the laziness and lack of pressure on display with two thirds of the team.
@@wayneperry7413yeah thatâs right, thatâs why these players need to be sold. Rashford, Antony and sancho all need to be sold. Unfortunately casemiro is well beyond his days and probably needs to go as well. United need at least 3 creative/attack minded players as well as at least 2 class defenders. If Shaw gets fit and in form with the appropriate recruitment/removal of deadwood, then united have a very solid team. Donât forget the impact that wilcox, berrada, ashworth and ratcliffe will have. Finally, some people who arenât completely brain dead and actually understand football as well as having competency in dealing with negotiations. Man united will be a top team once again, no doubt about it. And the new, intelligent and well-informed football executives will keep ten hag because they know heâs capable of carrying man united. Heâs already proven he can get results. 60 injuries has had a devastating effect on the team. The only major problem with ten hag has been his recruitment, but with some more footballing minds introduced at man united, things will change
How many matches we have seen that the players looked like they were totally lost during the matches? That can only be either of these 2 reasons. 1: The strategies were given to the players but they somehow forgot that totally during the matches or 2: The manager didn't even convey any strategies to the players. "Just go out and enjoy yourself" or etc is not good enough these days.
Don't forget that a lot of these players are national team starting 11 for their own countries and played quite well there but somehow forgot they should be doing the same for their club? This cannot be, once or twice can be coincidence but this is all the time.
Injury plays a big part yes, similarly for out of position placement players but no one can be that bad looking at how these United players are playing, many of them looked totally clueless and lost.
All these lead to only 1 thing and that the manager did not convey the right message to the players.
Steve Mcclaren might be a good care taker manager until end of season. It is no secret that SAF is a fantastic people's person and awesome at motivation but his number 2 played a big part on team strategies. Steve Mcclaren is part of his winning team. Could at least give them some chances of winning something at least if he is in charge.
If ETH continues on like that, Oven and Scholes are right, they will get beaten until the end of season.
You were getting battered with the full squad at the start of this season and at times last season haha
Utd need to back the manager and let him get his full squad back fit, the season has been a disaster but the manager canât be blamed for the players not trying on the pitch. They need to get more good young players in and let Ten Hag have next season to prove himself.
Didnt SAF take time to get the team going was almost ousted. But they do.need more passion and not give up after the 1st goal.
I was Ten Haag out, then I saw Michael Owen was too. Now I know whats right.
Of course Palace were favorites, if they keep putting Man U as favorites then eventually a lot of betting clubs will fold with high debt, itâs just logical they have to play it safe
man utd are just a cup team these days and have been for since 2013, their fans should accept it and stop blaming every manager.
First it was moyes, then van gaal, then toxic jose, than ole was supposedly out of his depth now ten hag.
Banter comment from a banter human
worry about yourself
A new manager is not going to change anything between now and the end of season
when the owner of the club is more interested in the way IT department looks and operates, Ten Hag has no chance...
To what extent, both individually and collectively, does an athlete own their personal performance? 'It looks like the fight's gone out of them' - uh huh?
Now it's coming to the end of the season all the pundits are coming off the fence.
What are they waiting for? Sack him.
Who is the right man then
Roy Keane
i know it a big call, but i think city is going to slip up somewhere, dont know where, but huge pressure from here
Itâs like watching Goodfellas
Iâve had the same criticism from day 1 and Iâm Eth in. Heâs not brave enough to play his style. We lose anyway so may as well get it into their heads or let them sink. Even last season everyone was happy I wasnât at all. We are playing the same way from the day we lost brentford and Brighton because Eth knows he doesnât have the players
I did have been fortunate to only lose the games that have lost easily another 3
Man utd havnt been good since they thought buying players would be easier than producing players
Youâre forgetting how many players have been produced since SAF and implemented into the team.
Not sure I would say he's managed the team this season!
Jim R identified what the problem was hence why he's come in and making changes. The problem is upstairs and culture of players. Not coaches.
Paul Scholes sounds happy! So Moyes, van Gaal, Mourihno, Solkjaer and Ten Haag haven't been able to manage United.
You forgot the interim managers.
Giggs, Carrick and Rangnick.
Liverpool gave Klopp time. It took him 3 season for his team to get back to the glory status.
Man U need to learn from its rivals.
The reason because liverpool cant afford to spend money on transfers like united, chelsea and city, which in turn correlates to high expectation.
No top coach in the world can manage without any real defenders!
No top coach in the world would pay 85 mil for Antony.
@@donniewahlberg8546 only rich club like man utd, with the dumb scouting department and owner ofcourse
So arteta deserved time while finishing 8th and ten hag needs to go finishing 3rd and 2 finals last year and playing this year with 65+ injuries and still reaching a final this year needs to leave...yeah well said it's a shame sitting there and spewing a certain agenda ..wow.....
This back 4 and midfield had not played even a game together ever. There is a midfielder playing centre back alongside a 35 year old centre back who has not even fully recovered from injury. Why? Because we have run out of options. We do not have fit players. Forget skills and competence. Have a look at the bench.
So, the solution should be sack the manager?!! Great stuff, Pundits!
Liverpool and City played with subs. There should be no excuse for poor management and lack of tactics.
If we had Shaw, Licha, and Maguire this game is a different story, Malacia and Varane are out too. I can't think of a team who has had so many defensive players be injured at one time.
It's still no excuse to get slapped week in week out my guy!
Look at the squad chelsea played with against spurs. The managed to win that. Even against villa
