I'm the type of guy with no posts on instagram but I don't use it as a dating platform either. Before IG was bought by facebook, I had about 500 pics in there. After that, I was kinda reluctant to share my image with facebook.
That being said, I don't fully agree with her on the "no pfp or posts on instagram" being a red flag - what an individual posts on their social media may or may not be the truth. We have this image of perfection that we want to reflect to the world and behind that might be an actual shitty person. Overall, great insight from her.

I’d prioritize what you like and your mental health first. If you feel like your life is better without social media, then forget it. However, realize you are leaving some potential on the table in terms of being able to reach more people, potential business opportunities (depending what you’re posting), and crafting your image in a certain way. Be aware of the tradeoff, and be honest with yourself if you’re avoiding it for legitimate reasons or out of laziness, but prioritize your mind and peace above all else
I hate Instagram, and I’m not on it. Any woman that’s constantly on her phone checking Instagram it’s not a woman I can be with anyway, or would want to. They’re not attractive in anyway as far as I’m concerned. I want a woman with a higher spiritual understanding.

I like your content but this social media game is dumb. Go out there and approach girls in person. When you send DMs, you compete with hundreds if not thousands of guys, many of them pretending to be someone they are not. Getting rejected in person hurts but you will have more chances approaching girls in person than online.
I agree that in-person approaches should be high priority since you can show more of yourself as man - that’s important. With that said, diversifying approaches online has led me to some high quality women/friends too, so it’s worth considering multiple approaches, and I’ll share ideas and content for those interested. I don’t have time to approach woman in person because I have so many from IG and dating apps. They are insane lead generators where you can get thousands or hundreds of thousands of impressions daily and plan as many dates as you want per day. If it’s set up correct, you should have a flow of so many woman you can choose the top 1% of your nurtured leads and still not have enough time to date them all.

I hear you, but less is actually more a lot of the time. Make sure your presentation is on point, shoot your shot once if you see a girl you're interested in, and move on if it doesn't pan out. Presenting yourself well does most of the heavy lifting
