They did that! AMAZING right? I knew that you would love this! Austin is trained in classical music theatre performance and Rob is trained in vocal performance as well and studied opera. Both received their degree's upon graduation from college. We are so blessed to have them in our lives! Two words come to mind. Phenomenal and Perfection! Thanks TI for your reaction! Apparently Rob had training in Opera. I heard someone say, Austin sounds really good, but he sounds like a country singer with a beautiful voice singing opera. Rob sounds like an opera singer with a beautiful voice. This shook me to my core and made me cry the first time I heard it. I’ll say it again…. There is nothing our guys can’t do, and do well!!🐝🤗❤️

Rob went to a college of performing arts and studied opera. And of course Austin with his theatrical background made these two the perfect duet.
Both of these guys had training in college, they just don’t normally do this. This is magnificent!!!
Austin's voice in unmistakable in this one. But it's Rob that was trained in opera before he joined Home Free 15 years ago. Austin majored in musical theatre.
WOW, Rob blew that out of the park !!! I knew he had a college degree in vocal music, but had no idea that he was trained in opera. He sounded wonderful. I am a huge Austin fan and he can sing it all, but didnt sound like Rob. Great job guys !!!

We tell all the reactors that these guys are insanely talented, now maybe folks will believe us !!! Pavarotti will always be The King of Nessun Dorma but these guys are a very very close 2nd. Such a beautiful aria !!!
Clearly, they can sing ANYTHING! I'm glad you were as stunned by it as I was! I am not a fan of opera, and have never heard this song before nor do I know what they were singing about. But. It was beautiful to listen to!
No genre is off limits! Rob and Austin both studied opera in college.
Another reactor interviewed HOME FREE in April before the Memphis concert. Jeremy with muSIK (by Jeremy and Jillian) asked Rob about the Nessun Dorma video. Please watch it - The whole interview was great but at 23.11 minutes into it Austin told them that their sound engineer said that he had compared Rob Lundquist and Luciano Pavarotti AND THEY WERE IDENTICAL! Rob ROCKS!
One of the great things about Home Free is each one of them are multi talented and as they say, they can sing the phone book :) Rob and Austin are both classically trained....this does not shock me at all that they pulled this off. Magnificent!!
Both of them have had vocal training but Rob has been keeping a lot to himself! It's such a beautiful sound but it takes a few listens to get past the shock. Just magnificent.
I have never been a fan of opera except maybe some Andrea Bocelli & a few others. But I have always appreciated the talent it takes to sing opera. I was pretty impressed with Rob & Austin's version of Nessun Dorma. I have heard this famous song done by Pavarotti. I think I was more surprised by Rob's range & powerful delivery than even Austin's. Pretty good for a couple of country boys! Nice to see them dressed up in suits & looking classy.
