The best performance of the night!
Still listening to this now - one of my favourite Eurovision non-qualifiers of all time.
Lol another year...still listening and loving this.
Her live vocals are insane! And a great performance- still my favourite :)
Nacho Nacho Thea last video I watched was literally yours, then I see your comment xD
Nacho Nacho y tsnto 😍😍 tenia a ver ganado ella
This performance was excellent.
I didn't even watch the show and I know she'll have been the best one on by miles...
Bravo!
Cant believe she did not win... I am heartbroken
Better than the studio version! There's hope for the UK with this song
she should've won! i'm so gutted.
This song should WIN!!
Absolutely an amazing performance,,,Holly should have won in my opinion...would love to hear more from her...good luck with your future singing.
in my opinion it sounded like sounf of silence and thats an amazing sign :D:)
I can't believe she did not win, I am gutted for her. Beautiful in looks, beautiful voice, I voted for Holly :(. Oh well, looks like we'll finish somewhere in the bottom 5 with Lucie's love ballad.
My fave, she nailed it and it's a great song. Shame as I would loved to see how this would have done.
She has to win!!??
Great performance!! This one was my favourite. :)
I am still here! Hope she will go to ESC at least once :)
FABULOUS!!!!! this was indeed the performance of the night ♥ , she only deserved a better song imho
Very very good performance. Please re enter again for 2018
Killer Note 2:30
I'm so hoping she tries again next year, this was amazing.
Reminds me of Louisa Johnson and this was my fave and really love it
Harut Hovhannisyan omg yes i was thinking the same thing right now her voice is very similar to louisa!
She should've won, god dammit! What a flawless performance! Well done, Holly!
To me she was my number 1 tonight.
Her vocals were commanding and powerful (although there were a few moments here and there) and the song slowly built and built in to the crashing, uplifting chorus. Holly looked so classy and beautiful too. It had it all. Sadly not to be :(
Best wishes Holly.
Really in love with this! Shame that it didn't won! 🤔
2022 and I still think this was a missed opportunity. Flawless vocals and amazing song. Sigh.
The Best Performance ❤❤❤
Congrats from Romania 12p
This should've won... UK bottom 5, again.
Another one we missed! Such a great song and great vocal. As a nation, we'd back a three legged nag in the Grand National.
She rules the stage! Great vocal performance!
Welldone Holly !
so much better than the studio version
This would have gone Top 10 at Eurovision... easily the best UK hopeful this year.
Olivia or Holly should have represented UK in Eurovision.
And this is how you turn a mediocre song into a pop banger. Loving how her voice kinda overwhelms the mic at times!
UK is starting to treat this competition seriously....
love this song. thx from the Netherlands
my favorite🔥🔥😍
J-ESC FEVER If it won it'll be the best out of georgia, albania and belarus
The pipes!!!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
This was legit 10x better than the winner
omg, i love it, wow!
There were amazing songs, without doubts. Didn't listen them before. But when she started to sing, I thought "god, what a voice, it has to be her!"
Close your eyes and it seems that a black girl is singing.
For me this song was underrated. Hope to see her on Esc stage soon! ❤
I think we need a team if Juries all from different European countries and then they make up the jury vote.
This was the best but since Lucie played live and released a good studio revamp for the contest, I'm happy with the result.
Should've won, her performing first didn't help maybe the jury ranked her low
This song should've won . end of story
A thousand times better than the winning song. Expect to see Holly in my Sad Five post on my blog.
Sad for you uk :( u did not send this masterpice
I bet she came second behind Lucie, she's soooo good
I like this one, too. For several reasons I believe that the better song made it. I wish you good luck from Germany.
ขอยชอบฮอนลี้หมดหัวใจ
this should have won to be uks entry. I agree the winning song will sadly be in the bottom 2
These lyrics are savage lmao
She can't have finished lower than 2nd.
According to the positions on iTunes, she finished in like, third place:
44 - Lucie Jones - Never Give Up On You
210 - Olivia Garcia - Freedom Hearts
264 - Holly Brewer - I Wish I Loved You More
449 - Salena Mastroianni - I Don't Wanna Fight
971 - Danyl Johnson - Light Up The World
1167 - Nate Simpson - What Are We Made Of
I think it was a good position, but I agre with you, besides Lucie, she was definitely the best out of everyone, the full package! Hope she tries again next year or someone sign her and give her a massive hit song, cause this girl is definitely is a star in the making!
Oh, thank you for this! I'm not sure if it's the official ranking, but I think the results are reasonable.
Roddie Santos but these would have been affected by the fact that Lucie won.....are these positions from before the winner's announcement?
No, I searched these after the winner's announcement! That's why I thought that this was how it likely ended!
รักเธิอคนเดียว
She should have won. Imo she was was better than the winner. I really like this song. A big mistake
I want to love this her voice was on point but there were parts with the music and staging were a bit blah
hey
she should of won ....bbc still wont publish final result....fix
Loved Lucie, but still not over this..
Should of Won... :/
I bet this came 2nd in the results. Very nice but it sounded like Halo and other Swedish-produced songs.
She was the best. But maybe she won the televote. We will probably never know ! They didn't give the details of the televote and the jury voting.
Why will they not publish the votes?
She was just amazing! The UK NF was quite good with her and Olivia. A shame the brits prefered Lucie Jones...
My favourite British Eurovision related song from last 25 years.
Better than Deuce, Bonnie Tyler, Scooch, Katrina & Waves, Gina G and Jessica Garlick.
this sound like halo
Im still here... truly robbed
Looks and sounds like a young Fergie (Black Eyed Peas). No bad thing. Hope she continues to make music!
Still think she was robbed ...
Kind of think she should have won :/
I like Lucie Jones and all but I think this is a missed opportunity for Britain
GOD! I LOVE THIS SONG. Why did you pick such a boring song to represent you, UK?
Beyonce halo?
So much better than Lucy
just a quick correction... it's AMEN not AY-MEN
Romeo Lewis ok whoopi 🤦♂️
Best performance of ESC 2017. UK, why didn't you choose this?
Olivia and her song were far, far better.
no this would be my fav together with lindita
The religious overtones wouldn't have gone over well at Eurovision, and understandably so.
lol song was made by swedes. Their 'Melodifestival' is like the biggest TV event of the year for them. A swede is always behind the top songs of each Eurovision. The masters of bland pop songs.
If Sam smith released this it would be all over radio one
She was my 2nd favorite, after Olivia... And UK made wrong choice, again :/
lovley song and the words are fantastic but a very weak singer:(
matt van dyk WEAK???????????????¿¿!$
Totally agree Matt, she was singing flat for a high percentage of the song. Nice song though.
beccalou72 Actually yeah. She was singing flat only in the first minute, imo.
Not as good as the winner, but impressive!
Lucie Jones song isn't good enough to win Eurovision Song Contest because it is slow and boring! Danyl Johnson song and Salena Mastroianni song was dance songs and every year United Kingdom songs apart from Making your mind up and Your not Alone by Jake and Joe (both songs people can dance to) were very slow songs and no dancing choreography at all. Why can't United Kingdom have a song that's dancy, upbeat, catchy and a song that everybody will enjoy but of course other countries vote for countries that are close to the countries that are in the Eurovision Song Contest so most likely United Kingdom won't stand a chance in the Eurovision Song Contest.
first
Dull.
This wasn't the best of the options that were on the table but it is just an average song that rips off beyonce's "Halo"but it certainly wasn't the worst of the bunch. The worst would of had to of been that "light up the world" by whoever he is, so uninspiring that I'm not even sure what his name is.None of the 6 were particularly great but if I could of chosen a winner it would of been selena.
Selena had a decent song, but her vocals were dreadful. If we chose her, we would have been at the bottom of the Eurovision scoreboard along with Manel & Levina. My favourite song was "Freedom Hearts", but Lucie was probably the best choice in the end.
It's true that Selena's vocals weren't on point but that type of song seems to find it's strength in the performance and dancing more than by the vocals.
I also liked "freedom hearts" but I didn't like the way she performed it and the way she dressed.
Her vocals were ok though.
None of the 6 were winners to be fair but I think that "freedom hearts" would of had wider appeal
Amazing song and performance but I cant help but think that maybe she would have got more votes if she said AMEN and not AYmen
She didn't a good job of covering beyonce hero..
