About 5 yrs ago my job cafeteria introduced me to these spinach wraps their delicious I eat mines with Cajun turkey out the deli with Munster cheese it’s amazing with the vegetables

I usually do a wrap with provolone, turkey, and ham, toss it in the microwave for 40 seconds, top with salt pepper, oil/vinegar, lettuce, onions, spinach, tomatoes, and mayo + sweet hot mustard. 10/10 lol.
Looks really good. Spicy brown honey mustard would be great on that.

Looks Good!!! I really love a good old-fashioned homemade sandwich/wrap!! This video takes me back to my childhood when we would go to the corner store and get our lunch meat and cheese cut fresh by the butcher then go home and whip it up!!! Today they use wraps as an alternative. I like them both. Thanks Gina!

Mustard is a free caloric food, also does not need refrigeration I can take with me on my outreach.So I can use two cheeses. Spinach and lettuce combo is great.

I have been making these for some time now and I include red onions. Also you can do a breakfast one with eggs and so forth as well.
I loved your video. You are the only one who truly taught me to wrap. You made a point of telling that you need to spread the sandwich spread out to the edge and how to roll it.. Everyone else just put the items on the wrap and then rolled. Yours looked like I was looking for. 🙂
