45g white chocolate
100ml heavy cream
5g sugar

In america we, at least most people around me, just use pumpkin puré from a can. But then again you always use the real ingredients.
The deep and painful blister in my finger advices you to stick to the can.

Some places don't even sell tinned pumpkin purée. I know in Australia that's the case.

うちにはフードプロセッサーがないのでフードプロセッサーを使わない場合のレシピまで書いてあってとても助かりました😭

私がこの世で一番好きな食べ物がかぼちゃなので、調理工程を見ているだけで凄く幸せになりました✨
アメリカ在住時にかぼちゃのお菓子にパンプキンパイスパイス（シナモン、ジンジャー、ナツメグ、クローブなどをミックスしたもの）を使用したものが多くありました。
甘くてスパイシーな香りがかぼちゃと良くマッチしていて美味しかったのですが、このタルトはそれとはまた違って優しい味わいに仕上げっていそうですね。
綺麗なお菓子を完成させるために失敗を繰り返して試行錯誤されているのを見ると応援したくなります！
これからも素敵なお菓子作りを楽しみにしております☆

普通のタルト型で作ってみました！生クリームが苦手なのでプリン以外クリーム等は何ものせませんでしたが、とてもおいしくできました！
特に土台がサクサクしていて、余った生地をクッキーにして焼いたらこれも最高でした😊

Perhaps pumpkins in Japan look different from the pumpkins we have in the United States, but that looks more like an acorn squash than a traditional orange pumpkin. I'm curious if the taste/texture is different or if there's no difference at all.
let me interject, just remember the pumkin we're used came from europe, so different regions, depends on growth, coolour and size
Yes, it is a different kind than the orange pumpkins commonly used in the U.S.
It's called kabocha squash in english, and it's more sweeter and often times more starchier compared to the orange ones.
I think you can find kabocha squash sold sometimes in Asian markets in the U.S.
I just found kabocha squash in with the delicata and acorn squash at Ingles! It can be done!
