My mom has a Fiesta ST too, but with 210 hp, that car is an ultimate driving machine and a good daily driver.

I love my 2014 ST, it’s on a Cobb stage two tune, short shift kit, 3” MBPR stickie Michelin tires, it has 102,000 miles on it and still runs great, I’m on my 6th set of tires, I’ve had 14 Cars & 9 Motorcycles in my 74 years, and my ST turns me on every time I hit that Start Button, the handling is just insane. The Fiesta Flash. 🎉

I currently have a Mk7 golf R and I’m thinking about going back to a fiesta ST. Miss my old one. Great cars

driving cars with stiff suspension like that really throws you around so if youre holding the wheel you need to let it loose a bit so you're not adding any input because at those speeds it matters

2:36 Kumho Tyres originate from South Korea. They are based in Gwangju, South Korea and I do know that they make high quality tyres.
Kumho tyres are very popular in Australia, they compete well with the other big manufacturers.

It needs also better brakes, semislicks, better suspension and some better seats
@The Bump Test Guy they are very good for daily driving and maybe some laps on track. But for a tracktool the stock seats are too heavy and you need more support for your body. I am going for some Sparco QRT seats. Brakes will be StopTech ST40 Trophy Race. Suspension is ST XTA but maybe changing to KW Competition next year and tires are Nangkang AR1 and Yokohama A052r.

I have a focus ST 3 the very first ones out 08 reg it has a 2.5ltr with 250HP standard also a t5 engine in as they are the only ones with the T5 engine The newer ones arent they are eco boost it's a fast and great car to drive

Had nearly exactly the same one but with 334bhp. Thing was such a monster but highly illegal in germany so I sold it after some time :) But was stupid fun haha !

I’m currently a bit in doubt if I should buy a Clio 4 RS EDC or a Fiesta ST.. the clio looks better I would say, but this thing has more tuning potential I believe. Anyone who owned one of the 2 cars who can tell me anything about their tuning potential and how reliable it is?
Bs, any intercooler upgrade over stock is good to 400hp or does this st have the stock one? There is really no restrictions on a fiesta st except air filter $20. And turbo. You can run 300whp on stock car with those two upgrades. Downpipe would also help
Lol and kill youre engine becauce of to much heat which the fiesta struggles with even in stage 1 cause of the coolant temps getting to high, upgraded radiator is a must for longevity of youre engine
@@MrNoRulesz intercooler, accesport, panel filter. Good to support up to 300. I have fmic,acessport, filter, rmm, 3in hi flow catted downpipe to stock exhaust with resonator delete. I never seen excess heat. My fist is a '16 tho i know the first few years had overheating issues. I also live in newengland so never really gets above 90fdegrees outside. Still stock turbo.

Kumho make "great" tyres. One of the best brands with price-quality of the market. Is not too expensive and works "fine" like other brands. Here in Spain, lot of people with "sport" cars use this brand because are cheap and with good quality. I have some friends who use this tyres in BMW M or others like Audi S...And i think BMW use this brand for GT Championships and others... Lot of owners of Leon Cupra or Hyundai i30N in my country use this brand because are more cheap and durable than the Pilot Sport of Michelin. In my case i not tried with this brand but maybe in the future if they give me a good price than Bridgestone yes.
The people spoke of this brand very well.

Kumho is pronounced "koo-moe" and their tyres are excellent. Although on my ST I opted for Goodyear Eagle F1s.
Just the exact ones I got. Asymmetric 6. I know Kumho also but I trust Good Year more.
I'll be honest, I'm finding the Eagles a bit "understeery" but expect most other top brands would be the same or worse.

I've got a very similar set-up to the one in the video, bigger intercooler, some chassis mods, and most importantly a lsd. I've considered a wide body kit that would let me run 17x9 up front for better traction with upgraded axels. As is it's a blast to drive and every mod just makes it more fun. You do have to fight the wheel off the line though, as the torque will fight you the whole way.
damn, What's the 0-100 acceleration time? Do these mods increase the fuel consumption when it's driven under normal conditions?
I have the same Turbo in my Fiesta , 0-100 is around 5,7 to 6,2 Seconds. And im driving daily with 7.3 liters per 100km
You can get the 0-60 (0-100kmph) down to below 4 seconds, @Laird Performance have managed a 3.7 seconds 0-60 with S290 Turbo.
Hybrids if you can put the power down, will do 0-60 in around 5 seconds give or take a few milli depending on power and mods. I dare say an LSD will drastically reduce your 0-60 time!

"Not the best known tyre in the world" is not true, Kumho are a very well known brand with a lot of choice for performance road and track oriented tyre.
The MBRP sticks out too far because it was designed for North American STs, which have a bumper that protrudes farther out to comply with our safety standards.

I still strongly suggest you drive one with a s280 or similar turbo. It will surprise you alot more than the x47r. More drivable down low (less wheelspin) but has a fairly stronger mid and top end and holds the torque through the rev range unlike the hybrids.
Is the s280 what Collins performance use on the cp4
