I just have the hardest time with AEA guns ifs not even funny. You have to be Arnold Schwarzenegger to pull the loading Ram back all while holding it back, trying to get a plastic magazine loaded all while holding the lever back. Can’t load the T-9 and when I do it doesn’t load the pellet into the barrel. I’m about to give up with AEA GUNS. MY HP MAX was great for 9 shots then it got jammed into the fired position and I couldn’t pull it back to cock it for the life of me. I do construction for a living so I’m not the weakest guy on the planet.

So those cease and desist papers or licensing agreements will need to fly out the door. If you really dislike the people that are trying to license the product, charge them a reasonable amount per device, maybe the amount of the supplies you would use to make it, like $10 per.

That’s a slippery slope lots of machinists go through this now but the hobbyist can make their stuff in two seconds on a plastic printer or 3-D printer and just change dimensions a little bit, it’s really tough because somebody can be selling a similar product somewhere on the web and you might not even know it your stuff looks awesome though so you just sell what you can while you can.
Provisional patent is worthless until you file a utility patent within a year. A provisional patent will only protect you if you file a utility patent. If the uhat utility patent is granted, then the provisional patent application date is honored as the protection coverage. Then you have to deal with PTAB the worm in the apple that invalidates over 80% of granted or issued patents.
I only need 365 days for any printed idea. That’s the only amount of time that a printed item will be relevant for. By the time the year is over, the consumer base is already catered to.
As someone who worked both as a patent examiner for the USPTO, and as a patent technician for a patent agency, I can assure you that filing a provisional patent is the easy and cheap part of the journey. Getting the non-provisional patent (especially a utility patent) prepared and then approved by the USPTO is the tough part. The majority of patents get rejected during prosecution by the USPTO. And the filing of the non-provisional patent is much more work and much more expensive. In my experience up to 2008, it was typical to pay $8000 for having a patent law firm prepare and file a non-provisional patent application. And that's just the very beginning of the prosecution phase. If the patent application initially receives a rejection notice, and nearly all do, get prepared for more expenses as the prosecution phase continues. Not to discourage you, but just letting everyone know the reality.
Good, stand up for your rights. Believe the bona-fide or lack thereof wishes of those people who supported you or backed off throughout this. They have revealed who they are and whether you can NEVER truly trust them to be different. Thanks for sharing this experience and this product!

Here’s another thing about the stupid design. You’re using the barrel to keep your pump slide in place you think you would be smart enough to put a barrel band on the end. You don’t think that you’re stressing the action at all it’s aluminum you don’t think you should have a barrel band just for the simple fact that anything resting on the barrel will throw your accuracy off.

@@macabespeed sent two emails, the second has subject, HEY BRO THE LAST WORD PUMP KIT SPECS AND ECT or something like that, well that one has the technicals on my .51cal max and my address again and the reasoning it is the way it is, and a video of my max as it is now , to show the blister knob i put on the handle. and you can see and hear how it sounds the smoothness of its working, that is not the kit i bought, that one is the pump action kit i built out of parts and trash hahaha and i love it. the one i bought for $130 bucks is in a box, has tpu handle and half the slide arm then carbon slide arm and carbon clamp (i know yours dont need the clamp.) well its alright, works, but the kit i made has an m5 threaded attachment and the one i bought has a m4 and i did not like that so i made mine better. anyway i will very much enjoy finding out what you can make. and i insist on you telling me what you value it for and paying that, thanks my friend.
