Just thinking earlier today about buying half a share of his company I got half a share already. Will cost me £212 . I'm just thinking that my investment strategy should be to hold UNTILL Michael saylor steps down and then I'll sell maybe half .

The goal he describes towards the end of the video will be a massively depressive situation where you gotta constantly do your best work because you’re going to be outcompeted by someone somewhere on the planet.
I get the advantages but it’s not all happy rainbows and sunshine
While I enjoy Mr Saylor's insights and great to see somebody forward thinking like him. That being said when you've been insulated your entire life from the average the lower average intelligence end of the population I think this could be problematic.
Although at this point in time it's important that somebody at least makes the effort like he is doing which is commendable. Things can always be fine-tuned later.
Viewing education and the education of people as 'finished products' is a dangerous mindset.
He's right about the Digitization of money via BTC and crypto.

Look at where his interests and inspirations dwell, it's all about digital and dematerialization.
Bitcoin perfectly implements the idea of absolute scarcity on the cyberspace, where almost everything gets copied instantly.

What if we created a system where people can make some extra from become educated? So if our country needs 1000 PhDs, we can incentivize people to make progress in their education toward the PhD, awarding them with monetary incentives along the way. Where would the money come from? Well maybe big companies like Amazon, Google, Facebook, and voter approved tax dollars could be placed in a smart contract system that automatically divies out the money to the learners.
The education would be provided over the internet mainly, but would have certain points where you have to demonstrate your education/knowledge or take a test to show that you actually have learned the unit.
Then instead of watching pornhub and youtube all day, people with no job prospects would be educating themselves as a way to tread water. Eventually leading to a time where the quality of human capital is much higher.
That's meritocracy/capitalism! You get paid handsomely for acquiring skills and providing value.

I think following Mr. Saylor will generate so many brilliant minds and bring so much wealth into peoples lives. I do not understand how he can even know all of the things like when he was talking about Apple stock 10 years ago and it rallied as we know it today, then eSkill and HackerRank, I have been personally accepted to work without any title for a big company because of pre-employment assessment and now Bitcoin.
I think Mr. Saylor has impacted my life so much that I trust his ideas enough to put a lot from my money into them for the next 10 or 20 years.
