I am at the beginning of my "investment journey", planning to put 85K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% per year in dividend returns. Any advice?
I believe a healthy portfolio has 3 things, at the bare minimum: Exposure to ETFs for increased diversification, Exposure to assets that generate cash flow like dividend stocks, Exposure to market-leading tech.
The market is not necessarily a rollercoaster if you know your way around the market, there are various opportunities in the present market to accrue good profit, If you are not too savvy with the market, just buy and hold on strong companies with good earnings, or consult with advisors on ETFs and actively managed funds. that’s what works for my spouse and I. We've made over 30% capital growth minus dividends.

I'm admittedly bummed that I didn't go with my gut instinct & buy bitcoin few months back when it was 20k - 25k range. is it too late to get in and make profits? i have set aside $150k to get fully invested this year
i don't think it is. Once bitcoin crosses it's all time high, it becomes the new bottom. Anything under 69k is a good buy. It's still advisable to work with a fiduciary advisor instead of relying solely on speculations
The only issue you might have is the fear of missing out, just like everyone else. A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 10years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $400K in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.

Anytime I come across an interview that talks about bitcoin and stocks, I just find myself enjoying it, Great interview. you know I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, buy gold or go deeper in digital asset or just wait but watching my portfolio dwindle away is such an eye -sore.
There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.

True, I mostly just buy and hold stocks, but my portfolio has been mostly in the red for quite awhile now. Unfortunately to be able to make good gains, you’ll need to be consistent and restructure your portfolio frequently.
In my opinion, it was much easier investing back in the 60s but it’s a lot trickier now, those making consistent profit in these times are professionals reason I’ve been using an advisor for the past 5 years to consistently build my portfolio in preparations for retirement.

Great video and very straightforward. I don't see any other perfect time for one to invest in crypto and trade than now. I don’t think that buy and hold is a valid investment strategy anymore but trading is worth it and you make more money when you trade correctly. just made my first $100,000 in crypto and I barely know how to express how happy and excited I am right now. Yes, my asset manager advised I spread further into mutual funds and crypto Etf and boy am I glad I did. The whole idea is: Don’t get too greedy and also to exit at the right time, so generally I do find having an adviser very helpful, because what Avg. Glad Michael Saylor addressed the confusion of digital currency, gold, property, etc. since there is a heated debate going on if Satoshi purposed Bitcoin as peer to peer currency (electronic cash system) or property (electronic peer to peer asset), with naysayers claiming it is a failed currency.
Once you see and understand what Saylor is saying you can’t unsee it and you wonder every day how others haven’t caught on. Slowly then very quickly is my sense
The most important take away is how Bitcoin is the best asset to hold over the long-term, and if you have any altcoins, then they should all be sold so you can buy more BTC.

lets say there is a 5% proability Saylor is correct - in beating terms one would at least wager 1-5% on his vision - if he is correct it is 100 x payback - so one dollar becomes 100 dollars or you loose one dollar - that is a $ 6 mm dollar BTC or 15% of all assets in the world .... priced in BTC lets say its a 10x payout - one makes 10 bucks vs looses a dollar - i think probaility of BTC being $600 k is 25% - so now my wager should be larger ... the odds and payout are better then Belmont, Lotto, insanly better than 30 yr T-Bond, Wynn Casino etc etc .... are they better odds than the 20% of russell that is a zobmie company - 50% better odds ... a 5% global allocation of instutional investor gets a $3 mm plus BTC according to Kathy Wood - you see game theory yet ?

I have a pre-war apartment in NYC. When I moved there I wondered why everyone used pre-war and post-war terms for residential buildings. One quickly learns they mean WW2. The housing shortage after the war meant many buildings went up with shoddier materials and very elementary designs. Moldings and maid’s rooms etc etc went OUT and basic square boxes of rooms were in. Even the exteriors are less pleasing, often with white bricks.
