Grand Americas Quest: Market to skillet with Chef Richard Knobloch

In this video we accompany local Chef Richard Knobloch to the Puerto Montt Saturday market where we sampled many local ingredients. Chef purchased supplies for a multi-course lunch while there.
After we lest the market in the city, we traveled by coach to Purto Varas where Chef cooked a delicious lunch for us at a local restaurant with assistance of those of us on the tour.
