What's your favorite hiking spot?
That's a tough question as it's hard to pin down just one. In Costa Rica there are several places that would qualify. Some for the wildlife and stunning nature such as Manzanillo NP, other for the mesmerising views such as the hidden waterfall trail at Rincon de la Vieja Volcano NP. Both places I always recommend people and would love to revisit.
Beautiful park..you got some great shots of the rapids. Didn't know they've got rattle snakes there
Thanks!! I didn't remember about the snakes until I saw the sign lol
It's definitely a very picturesque place, I can see why Hollywood has used this as a filming location for numerous movies and TV shows. I'd be a little nervous about disturbing a rattlesnake, to be honest with you. The most poisonous snake we have in England is the adder, but those are few and far between. Another great hiking trip with you, Don!
Quite a few of the place seemed familiar but they've left no markers to indicate which scenes have been filmed in any location.
A movie location hiking trail how cool is that! It's great to go to a place and recognise it from movies. Encountering a rattle snake of course is less exciting of course but hey, that's nature too. Beautiful trail with stunning views along the way. Those rapids makes me want to go rafting. Great hiking trip. 😄
It really is! Thanks for watching!!!
Looks like a really exciting place to visit and explore. Can see why it's a great location for filming. The rapids look impressive. Strewth - rattlesnakes? No thanks! Good to see Spring is on its way. Great video!
It really is!

@@thebitterhiker GREETINGS FROM SERBIA A NICE DAY 👍, RAŠA BUCA
You had me at waffles 🧇❤️✨
😂🤣
Is that your 360 camera that you’re using? The resolution is awesome. I just realised it would also be good for those shots where you wish you had filmed a little more to the side which happens a lot to me while I’m paddle boarding. I think I might need a new toy 😉
Yes it’s the insta360 x3 camera. I like it but it adds to the editing process
