- Urban Hiking is ideal for those who can't make it to the mountains. In this video, we visit one of the best places to hike in Atlanta. Sweetwater Creek State Park is one of the best places for Urban Hiking and two of the trails that I would recommend to explore are the yellow and orange blaze trails.

Nice hike with a lot a variety including a nice bridge, stream with a little waterfall, trail by the creek, some climbs, rock overhangs and not to crowded. Awesome!

This park is ideal for all skill levels! On the other side of the park is an old mill with rapids and rocks that you can scramble. Gets super packed during the weekends outside of the area in this video.

Atlanta is a huge forest! There is a bunch of pockets that are protected along the Chattahoochee River as a National Recreation Area, so there is no development which make the areas feel like you are way out in the woods.

Definitely looks like The Walking Dead was filmed there. That cave looked like it was graffiti free which is a rare site these days.
