ESTL fan here. Glad I got to see this game in person! Defense super solid. Once our offense get some rhythm and figure who wanna step up at WR, we gone be straight! I see some guys playing both ways, I miss that old school way! We had it! On to play CBC next week and IMG vs DeSmet!
I’ve always been a fan of ESTL football and respected what Coach Shannon built. But after watching them in person last year against Crete - Monee and watching the poor sportsmanship, the ignorance of the coaches and cheap shots by the players I lost total respect for the program. Those kids are to talented to behave and act in the manner they did, it was sad and embarrassing to watch. Then got outclass by Cary Grove and lost the state championship becuz they thought that trash talking was gonna scare those Cary Grove kids

I was at that game and Crete had no chance! What dirty plays? O and Crete had grown men run up on our players before the game and at halftime time threatening them as they walked in from the dome. Also, Crete had us in the locker room etc with dead rats all over the floor. They got beat at state 44-43 because they failed to stop the run. Sound like you just mad lol. Maybe yall will get another chance this year! Our Defense 200% better this year 👀
