Great Loop #23 Frankfort, MI

In Episode #23 we leave our anchorage near Northport and travel about 7 hours along the east coast of Lake Michigan to Frankfort. The sunrise is stunning and views of the sandy shores are incredible. We explore the sandy shore near Frankfort and stay on Betsie Lake that night.

Frankfort seems like a pretty cool place. Looked like the marina had a lot of boats there with some anchoring out. Nice beaches around Frankfort. Rachel, do you ever skipper the boat?

Hi T Mac and thanks for your comment! Frankfort had a nice sandy beach - great vacation spot. Yes I do captain the boat but I am also the videographer so I only show myself at the helm occasionally. Malcolm does the majority of captaining but we do take turns!
