pull #1 plug use wooden dowl rod or preferrably something that won't damage the piston top. turn engine over by hand from tdc and measure how far the piston drops. 3" not a stroker more than 3" like 3.4 347 for sure. Beautiful coupe.
On the streets horsepower is great but TORQUE IS KING!! That's what's great about added cubes!!
That's exactly what I'd love to have. When I get my 2017 5.0 paid off, I'm jumping into one of these. I've owned about every other model at one time or another, but never had a fox. Its past time to find one

@@juiceboxhero6391 I know. Had several friends that have owned different models of them. I've had several gt's from 2001 to now, an 08 saleen and an 03 cobra, but not a foxbody. I like my 5.0 now, but I'd be lying if I said I dont miss that cobra. That car was alot of fun. My saleen was too but I lost it because of my ex fiance, so I've got some bad memories tied to it....lol
If you can find one, buy it, don't think about it, buy it. At 3,000 pounds their potential is limitless. Ride and die for the original....5.0 đđŠ

Hey bud, I used to own that car. The cam is a ford E303 . It is an Eagle stroker 347, heads are mildly worked. If you want more info on it, let me know. Have all the pics of the mild resto.đđ» (3:73 gears 24# injectors, trick flo intake, bbk shirty headers, no sway bar, aftermarket alt with dual fans on alum radiator, alum driveshaft, my old man made the bracket for the radiator reservoir..... just saying )

Whatâs the color code for the paint?
Was painted with Nason 2k ful-thane from Axalta systems. Color is safety red; 5 coats total with last 2 coats with extra clear add3d to mix. Don't know if the person I sold it to repainted it though.
Who would of thought that foxbody coupes that were meant as an affordable option are now sought after and cool as F !!!!!! Fox bodies forever especially coupes !!!!!!

On the power nation channel they did a 347 stroker and I believe they had 30 to 32 degrees of timing on it making 500 horsepower. Good looking car and sounds and runs great

I want a coupe. I looked at the LX with the 5.0 in 1988, but I lived in Los Angeles and I knew that I would enjoy a vertie so much more. Now that I live in Texas with the "fires if Hell" summers, a coupe makes sense. Thank you for promoting the Foxbody agenda!

May need to make sure the balancer hasn't slipped. 18 degrees is 40 degrees total. That's a lot for gt40 heads. They typically like around 32-34 total and gt40p heads like around 28-30 total.

Saw the bottle of deep creep on tne work bench. That's all we use anymore tbat stuff is hard to beat! When the peoples fox is co ing to an end for the time being, I would really like to see you bring the Cobra home. Clean it up good, go through the car and show the maintenance needed when a car is sitting for some time. We need a change up to some big hp and blower whine!

I'll never for the day someone pulled out in front of me while in my 04 Mach 1.. Before that I usually would were my seatbelt here and there but that day I did for some reason and it's the only reason im still here.
Two company cars totaled in the last 5 years.
#1 I pulled over to help a person that hydroplaned, a F150 came over the hill on the highway, lost control and spun and slammed into the back of me at 70 or so mph.
#2 Was headed home on highway with median in the middle and a young driver hit an icy patch and lost control at 65 or so. Came across and over the median and we hit at a combined 80 or so mph.
I didn't go to the hospital either time. Did lose a shirt due to airbag burns though!
Wear them, you may not have time to react or prevent the accident, just saying.

I can't believe lmr, Cj pony parts, American muscle stop selling the SVE smoked tail light lens the only 1's they sell now is the black covers that u stick on with velcro that sucks either if u have a set of janky taillights dust them with some black paint!! I had a lil miss happ with my notch my mom took it to the store in a guy in a van tryed to go around her at the stop sign in caught the corner of my rear bumper in crack my tail light lens!! LMR wanted $147.99 for 2 87-93 LX lens then $18.99 for butyl in clips I found a place www.1aautomive.com I got 2 lens in butyl in clips $105.98 but lmr is go on some stuff high on other parts!

Hey bro I know how you feel about brakes lol..but I got a budget tip for you..my brakes suck! I've replaced everything but the booster so I thought maybe better rotors might help without spending a ton of cash..I found power stop slotted n drilled stock 4 lug rotors so I tried them..wow!! What a difference..I got brakes!!! Maybe you can try them n less then a 100$..tip thow paint the bare metal they raw..thought I'd throw that out there. Powerstop.com I think. ââđșđžđșđžđșđž

I say neither. In the drive at the start he could not catch rubber going to 3. Which means he is running 2.73s in the back which is omg dumb with a stroker OR its a 302 with a cam which means 230 HP max.
@@markperry2827 that dont always mean anything really. I get what youre saying but i have road in and driven same pretty quick cars that didnt chirp 3rd all the time it depends on the road surface and what kinda tire youre running and temps etc. It also depends how fast you shift if you flatfoot the 2-3 very fast its more likely to break lose or chirp or whatever but even then even decent quick cars sometimes dont chirp 3rd. I had stockish 373 5.0s that would get a little lose on the 1-2 but the 2-3 usually was silent. That wasnt very powerful but it was geared and i also had a trickflow top end 10.5:1 347 in my 95 with 4.10 and 275 nitto street tires there was no traction 1st or 2nd even from a roll and the shift to 3rd would get lose but not make noise you could feel them cutting lose but couldnt hear it that is always a possibility. Now my bolt on 4.10 geared 07 gt500 that is around 550 whp is on a 305/45/17 et street r on the rear itll spin 2nd and skate em on the 2-3 also but you dont hear it either you can just feel it so like i said alot of factors too many to determine a car isnt at a certain level because you didnt hear it chirp 3rd in a video. Just my .02

đžJACK from PHILLY đž Donât get a 2010. They still had the 4.6 liter 3 valve making 315 horsepower. Get a 2011, they have the coyote 5.0 making 416 horsepower and is the same car.
