like @blownSkillet was saying there is a vacuum line that comes from the HVAC box that goes through the firewall to a check valve which will cause it to only blow out of defrost if it's missing the vacuum line or it's cracked if he's ever done a heater core and didn't fish it back through the firewall it's a pain in the ass been there done that LOL but I would start there and just see if it's coming through the firewall by the heater tubes

I’m in the middle of doing this fuel system kit and also have a terminator x setup. Does the aeromotive trigger wire run straight to the fuel pump wire from the terminator x?

If I remember correctly there is a vacuum line that is on the firewall that goes from the drivers side to the passenger side. If it is disconnected or cracked it will cause the defrost issue.

Not a Mustang, but I had a bone stock low milage 95 F150 XLT single cab roller 5.0 with AODE. I did a few mods all at once that cut the 1/4 mile time by almost two full seconds. Homemade CAI, True duel Dynomax Exhaust, Hypertech performance 91 octane chip, TCI Saturday Night Special Torque converter, 3.73 gears. So for $1700 (back in 2012) and two weeks of work. I totally transformed the personality of the truck... I eventually did a cam, headers, injectors and got a little more out of it, but nothing like that first round of mods

Amazing , thats exactly what my '91 is doing . Sitting or running in the driveway voltages are perfect . Gotta hook up this road test . Car is bucking terribly , unless I'm giving it some throttle , especially the transition . TPS is only 33 years old . Thank-you ,,, ! ,,, Also checking ground back of the intake ( grrrrraaaah ) ,,, and running a new and separate ground .

Try for A/C Vent solution: There's a plastic vacuum line that runs across the firewall (tree over towards a/c drier). It usually cracks behind the upper intake when working on the top end. Should just patch with a bit of vacuum hose. GL

Gotta do 500 miles at least light to light break in period b4 giving some hard pulls. Just got to 500 miles on my TKX. About to start giving some 1st to 2nd zaps and 2nd to 3rd. Wish me luck.

Have Andrew check the vacuum lines connecting from the hvac box and control panel. Mine was in the wrong location.

Problem with his ac…I had the same problem. Found a hose off of a vacuum block just under my glove box, on my 93. Problem solved!

Aluminum drive shafts do save a little weight and miminize, slightly, parasitic resististance freeing up a couple of horse power. Aluminum doesn't rust either.

Things changing for me to, once again my mustang will not get painted. Had surgery on my throat 3-4 months ago cause rumors, now August 1st I'll be going through a total knee replacement at 50yrs old. Never fails!!!!!!! Gonna be out of work for 6-8 weeks so I told the Dr I need to be back working 3-4 weeks, I guess we'll see what happens and how good the recovery is.

Couldn’t make it this year but I’m super excited for next year. Might even have a new fox to take with me 🤞
