heck yea!! that's what I think every time I lift.......just own that weight until I miss a rep
Let me tell you this one right here got me fired up today on leg day . Went in there and PR’d squats and obliterated quads. Had to rack the leg press on the bottom safety and climb up out of it when it was all said and done . Could barely step up on the GHR to do glute ham raise at the end cause quads were torched . Very good episode. Keep up the great work Cris and Dave .

Its smth bad if i pause at the top during the hack squat? I guess no because my legs overpowering my upper body and im hitting failure all the time 😅😅 but i like to do sometimes high rep backoffs with constant tensions that shit is brutal
