  • Welcome to this guided meditation, which is a full body scan to promote positive mind & body healing.
    This session is a mindfulness based meditation, and also a form of light trance or focused hypnosis. Regular meditation such as mindfulness has been scientifically proven to enhance relaxation, overall health and wellbeing. Mindfulness is recommended by well known meditation teachers such as Jon Kabat-Zinn.
    Meditation and hypnosis are safe and natural. A higher level of consciousness and awareness can be realised when we are able to quieten our minds and listen to our deeper truth. You may find the answers to many ongoing personal problems and issues, if you simply take the time to ask your inner self for a new direction.

    My journey to being sober was helped so much by your videos.
    I couldn't sleep without marijuana after being dependant for most of my childhood and early adulthood but your guided sleep meditations helped me so much!
    I am 3 months sober now when I couldn't go a single night without smoking before!
    It might not sound like a big deal to most but I am more confident and less anxious, much more relaxed and so much more stable in my emotions, all of this has helped me to get my own place and even be able to afford to decorate it how I like.
    I've never felt so content with my life so from the bottom of my heart- THANKYOU MICHAEL💛
    Note- I know that some people benefit from the use of Marijuana greatly and I am not trying to put anyone down, it just wasn't positive for my own personal health especially with the way that I used it, everyone is different 💛

      I quit drinking 10 days ago. So far this been something of a strange and sometimes hellish journey. I didn’t really expect that. I was only drinking a couple/three Lite beers per night and maybe some wine. But it was every day. So far I’ve passed through one episode of deep, deep depression. I have a prescription for fluoxetine, but I haven’t taken any of it yet. I then started taking 125 mg magnesium (citrate) plus a mega dose of B complex (4,000%) twice a day, once with each meal, then one more 125 mg magnesium before bed. This seemed to level me out. I really didn’t expect that depression to roll over me like that. But I did some research on it, and I guess it’s a genuine phenomenon. I sort of don’t like that term “sobriety” because it seems so loaded. Like if after your biochemistry recalibrates itself after a long period of abstinence, that if you have one drink or a puff then you “fell off the wagon.” What’s really true is that your tolerance has gone way down, and a smaller amount will really affect you. The same is true of caffeine. Ive mostly given up sugar (and even bread for the most part). So I guess ive been putting my brain and body’s biochemistry through a lot of changes lately. I’ve had a long-running headache for a while. Tylenol helps a little. I’ve been drinking tons of water. My right toes and my right foot have been tensing up involuntarily. Don’t know what’s behind that.
      But yeah. Michael Sealey’s video are amazing.

    So, I got to be honest, I’ve been listening to this every night for the last five months. And, I just now tonight got the benefits from it. I have a CZcams channel, where I talk about my fitness journey and life it self. I just recently lost my job, plus my father, and my life. I have really truly been struggling. Last night after listening to this to help me fall asleep, I had three dreams of emotional release. I watched and got to experience the pain that I’m feeling deep down inside that is causing me to have a lot of physical ailments. The dreams that I had were from things that are stressing me out and causing my anxiety and depression to multiply 10 fold. I got to see my dad in my dream last night and he told me he loved me. I was so impressed that this actually helped me. Thank you so much Michael. You have no idea what this means to me.

    My ear is completely healed and my gums teeth are pain free and healthy … currently listening to heal my hands to be pain free and back to strong hold of my hands grip

      I understand. Maybe you need to do some kickboxing to release that anger and then maybe you will benefit from the meditation. It's very difficult to let go when there is still so much to say and so much anger to process ❤.

    The sound of your voice is so soothing. My 8 yr old daughter was asleep within two mins of hearing you speak. Mindfulness body meditation works wonders for stressed little people. I kept the meditation going until the end so she could subconsciously hear it while she sleeps. Thank you for your amazing meditation.

    All of the hypnosis/ meditations by Michael Seeley are superb. This one, I use to help me fall asleep or have a nap (obviously not been designed for this purpose). It works unbelievably well like if at times I wake up in the night and feel very awake and really need to sleep. I hardly ever get past thighs upwards as drifted off :)

    Sometimes my scoliosis causes my spine to pinch a nerve between my shoulders, it will go on for weeks wreaking havoc on my nervous system, then I do this and completely fixes it. It’s the only thing I have found to help, thanks Michael ❤

    I have RA and multiple bulging disc in my lower back. My right hip and lower back were really hurting with burning pain radiating down into my lower leg and foot. I tried this and it relieved at least 50% of the pain I was feeling by the time we had finished. You have no idea how grateful I am for that pain relief.     I just used this session immediately after the 20 min. mindfulness session, and remained present throughout. A rare treat to have that much focus. So relaxing. And recently, I left my sangha hall mid-meditation, surrendering to restlessness and monkey-mind. Guided meditation is much easier (though I have a "should" thought that I "should" return to meditating on my own). Yet again, thanks, Michael.

    Did it today with a badly injured knee and very anxious state of mind. It helped me fell asleep and regulated my body temperature (I guess because it calmed me down) As most people here, I hope this is never going to be taken down

    I had spinal surgery in 2002 (disc fusion) lower back. Since then I have experienced pain and discomfort varying degrees. Of late the pain has increased, radiating down my left leg . I do believe that this meditation will be helpful. Thank you

    i have boderline personality disorder and often have problems relaxing / sleeping. this actually put me into a trance like state for 3 hours (had it on repeat) and while i wasn't sleeping as such i feel more rested than i have done in a very long time. thank you so much

    Michael thank you so much for your guided meditations, they have helped me tremendously within the past year or so. I listen to your sleep meditations often, but I am hopeful that in the future you will be able to create more short guided mindfulness meditations like these for morening and day. I love your mindful meditations, your calm meditations, and your body scan meditations. I have a hard time finding others that I can fall into as easily as I can with your recordings.     I listen to you about every night, right now I was told my fiance's phone because someone stole mine last week. I was very sleepy when I lay down, so I didn't listen to the whole meditation. I had a very traumatic childhood, that has caused PTSD. I just woke up from a soul shaking body releasing anger dream. I had to swallow a lot of hurt and pain from a lot of family, that should have protected me from this kind of hurt and pain. I had a lot of anger dreams growing up with this person in it and me slightly harming them, but mainly just telling them how deep they hurt me!!! The dream I just had, let go of so much pent-up hurt, pain, and anger. You know how, you can get so mad that you're shaking... My whole body was shaking as I was waking up from the release. Thank you for your videos they help me, and so many other people!!!!!

    I love these but I find it hard to relax the head and eye area because there is pain there and stiffness which is distracting and makes me tense.
    It is possible to get pain relief there too? I dont like pain killers or muscle relaxers because they not only arent that effective - they also dont feel good.

    Love your voice and the concept of this guided meditation. Although the movement from body part to body part was too fast for me, I felt like every time I was just getting properly into the specific part, it moved on. I actually had to stop because it made me so frustrated. (See, I really need meditation, lol)
