My favourite Sophia moment is when she convinces her suicidal friend that life is worth living after all. A very sweet gesture from the otherwise cynical Sophia.
The woman who played Gina's mother also played the insufferable Mrs Klackston (the neighbor who wanted to destroy the tree on their street).... I loved the Golden Girls..

What a prophetic question Betty White asked at the end.
The last scene made me cry. Especially since Betty was the last Golden Girl. May they all rest in peace.
"I hear the silence." That is a powerful line. It resonates with me. After Loki died I had silence all around me. But when I saw Tangerine, I felt hope again. I saw a new light.
