    I started watching your videos just last night. I really appreciate and admire your dedication being able to wake up so early to do what you do. You are so right when you say that if we have something to look forward to that it will be much easier to get out of bed. There were times where I would wake up very early just to go to the gym for a workout! I would be at the bus station by 6:30 AM and arrive just before 7AM. To be so focused and dedicated at your age is a wonderful thing. I should try and wake up earlier as well. Have a great Thanksgiving and please enjoy yourself! What can I say???     It’s not gross of not washing your hair. WE ALL DO IT!! I wash my hair once a week and it never smells bad or nothing. Even after going to the gym and stuff. I also use dry shampoo on like the 3rd 4th day of not washing. After that I start wearing my hair french braided or in a bun lol

    You're such an inspiration - and you've done so well with your channel. I hope it continues to grow like it is. When your fitness journey first started out, did you find it hard to be consistent or see results. sometimes I may have a setback or have day that doesn't go to plan, and I find it hard to accept that its ok to have days like that. How do you get back up from a day like that, if you do?

      aww thank you! honestly, when I first started I was really committed and staying consistent was pretty easy for me. but ofc there were bumps along the road. and I totally get where you are coming from because I find it hard to accept when things don't go as plan. to come back from it I just try to do what I can and then adapt from there

    I love this! One thing profesionales recommend is to do your lifting before you do cardio or running. (Unless ur a profesional athlete) because it takes up all of your energy and muscle growth becomes less. Doing your cardio after also has some other benefits that I can’t name of the top off my head 😅 anyways love this! You motivate me so much ❤

      every workout is different but I really enjoy incorporating them so usually yes I do supersets. I just think it increases the intensity. usually I do some ab workouts in all my workouts because I rarely dedicate time to just abs :)

    While looking at the super set, I can recognize your strong muscle is gaining anymore. 4 years ago I started to Train at gym I was be stopping and kept doing workouts at Home. You only need to stay moving out.

    Around what time do you usually go to sleep to feel good waking up around then? I started having to wake up around this time for my commute to school and fitting in a small workout but I cant help feeling super dead in the middle of the day by 12. Awesome video btw subscribed!

      hiii! usually I aim to be asleep by 10. 10:30 at the latest. Ive trained myself to feel fine off of 6-8 hours of sleep and a cup of coffee haha. id love to be asleep by 9:30 but it never ends up that way

    Not trying to assume anything about your mental health, but when I was 16 I was depressed and anorexic. I could barely complete the bare minimum of getting out of bed, getting to practice, and going to class. Not to mention I was told to never weight-lift l. Now I feel perfectly healthy, balanced, I weight-lift/run all the time, and I couldn’t be happier. As happy as I am for you, I mourn the loss for my 16 year old self who couldn’t be like you at the time. Make sure you stay motivated and do what makes you happy, your future self in your 20s will thank you :)

      tbh my tragus piercing healed pretty quick. I won't lie it hurts a little but I can just push the earring forward and it works well enough :) its pretty new so over time I think it will get less sensitive!

    When you do a superset, do you repeat it for reps or do you go from one superset to the next one?

      I repeat each super set twice and then move on to the next one. EX: 12 bicep curls straight into 12 pull ups (repeat) and then I would go on to the next superset :)

    if you wanna keep your hair healthy while you are in chlorine so often use a detoxifying shampoo to get rid of the harsh chemicals in the pool that go into your hair and then use a moisturizing conditioner and you can also use a bond repairing hair mask for extra moisture and to restore your hair i hope this helps :)

    Question. So when do you bathe (since you had a sweaty lifting session) and when do you eat (since you need to refuel your body)? Do you wake up earlier to workout when you do these things??

      I am not a very sweaty person so on this day I did not need to shower after (but if I do sweat a lot I can shower at my gym). for breakfast I usually just have a late breakfast at school :)

    Did you drink your protein mix in the beginning? or after? sorry if i missed something, and two other things- your shampooing, we arent supposed to wash our hair every time, we over wash our hair and i believe that makes it harder to have healthy hair and even hair re growth. So dont even apologize

    Hairdressers recommend only washing hair shampoo once to twice a week depending on hair - and can just condition it inbetween if need
    I use to think had to shampoo and condition every day but I have trained myself to now shampoo and condition twice a week and and two days a week I condition only and inbetween I use a dry shampoo if need to
    It is a game changer 🙂
    I don't sweat much when I train though I'm not doing much cardio am doing mostly barbell strength training which you don't tend to sweat with

      pre run i make sure to stretch out my legs primarily. post run… i def should stretch more than i do but i kinda just wiggle out haha. i need to prioritize it more LOL

    It’s a struggle I go before work and I SWEAT!!! I go home and the back of my hair is drenched in sweat. I don’t wash my hair everyday, so I have to blow dry it dry after my body shower. The struggle is REAL🤣😭

      YES!!! it’s normal and everyone is more bloated after eating because ur adding food to your body! (i’m also lactose intolerant/have a very sensitive stomach so i bloat more than you would think LOL)
