- ITS A NEW MONTH!! that means its time to reset, restart, and refocus! it is amazing how much you can accomplish in a day, a week, A MONTH when you just put your mind to it! sit down, write out your goals, create a plan, and stick to it. we tend to overcomplicate things that arent actually hard to achieve! everything just takes hard work, discipline and consistency! I hope july brings you so much life, love, happiness, and passion!

Yess omg I’ve been needing to lock in last month of summer 😭👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Paula’s choice is amazing! It completely cleared up my acne just took a while for it to kick in
so excited! i already feel like its working a little
Less is more with skincare, definitely had to learn that the hard way when I was struggling with bad hormonal acne. But diet changes make ALL the difference, especially refined sugar!!
I love ur videos so much amelie, you’re amazing and you inspire me everyday💖 ilyyy
30 mins check in , keep doing what ur doing ur amazing

Hi Amelie! Love the videos, just wanted to give u a tip from a fellow acne prone gal 💁🏼♀️ Back when I was drinking Celsius every day I noticed my skin would not clear up! After doing some research, I found out that some of the vitamins in Celsius (Biotin and B12) have actually been shown to play a role in acne for some ppl. I’m not sure if it was my skincare regimen or quitting Celsius, but my skin improved dramatically. Just something to keep in mind and maybe experiment with! But as a former Celsius girly IK this is probably the last thing you want to try 😢
Heyyyyyy ,you always look super beautiful ❤
Saw the Linda sun video in here, you and her are my favs!
@@chloedennis2240 AWWWWW ILOVE HER
Heyy, I had similar acne to you and it ended up being hormonal acne, I reccomend def cutting out dairy, and also trying things with benzolperoxide and sylacylic acid I also really like the origins skin care also make sure to use a barrier repair cream and MOISTURIZER it has helped me so much I used to have cystic acne everywhere, also I love your videos sm ur so inspiring ❤️
Where is your comforter from it looks so fluffy and comfy!
You know how you said you don’t really focus on quads, do you do any quad specific exercises as I know it’s meant to help with running! Or do you just do leg exercises that mainly target the glutes but also incorporate glutes?
Love your videos 😊
Heyyy ❤
How do you come up with your weekly workout routines?
I like your July reset of like the video
You should start a podcast!
I also thought dairy made me broke out but I’ve realized it’s the rBGH ( growth hormones) they put in dairy food and meat!!!
My skin has been terrible lately as well
If I met you one day I would give you a hug cause I love you so much ❤😊
@@ziaakbar2535 🥰🥰🥰
30 mins on the stairmaster before a legday? I could never haha, I can never do the stairs on leg days
@@elinanikolopoulou1769 haha i always have to do it before my lift otherwise i’ll fall off
have you ever done a bulk?
@@erinsmeraldo9008 i don’t rly label things but i’ve had phases where im more focused on growth than being super lean
Isn't it bad for you if you drink too much water a day?
Hi dear, I’m interested to know , if I do chest workouts with dumbbells, is it going to give me a flat chest! I train all my upper body sections except chest! Do you recommend that? Thanks
@@cristalkent8586 no it won’t! losing fat causes your chest to shrink but training it won’t! (unless you’re doing it insanely heavy and excessively!) it can actually help make your 🍒 look perkier!
@@ameliedesai thanks a lot! You are my motivation💪🏻
Hi! I am new here! Just found ur channel! I will subscribe! Can you do a clean video! I love seeing cleaning videos! Have a good new week today has been a real rough Monday:(
You would be better off seeing a Dermatologist than experimenting with OTC products
there is no need to be rude. did you feel better after saying this?
Seeing a dermatologist can be really expensive. I was experimenting with products until I found the right one and now my skin feels and looks amazing.
you don’t know what you’re talking about all they do is prescribe you either Accutane or tretinoin which have a absolute huge purging process and can be very hard on the skin. I struggle with acne and hormonal, acne, and what helped me was softer products.
A visit to a Dermatologist is often covered by insurance. From my own experience it was less expensive to get a medical professional to evaluate my own acne and less expensive to have custom treatment for my skin than experiment with expensive products that are often irritating and ineffective. Certainly not trying to be rude, was just trying to share what is likely an easier way to deal with this.
You literally never fail at giving me motivation 🩷
I really needed this today!🩷
